1 Page 1 Parts Consultants Performance Points = CASH is a comprehensive incentive program based upon your dealership s After Sales performance. Simply put, AIM rewards you for growing your service and parts business! Incentives are points-based and use your performance to pay you cash rewards. As a Parts Consultant at a Volkswagen dealership, you are eligible to participate! Exclusive to Parts Consultants, three different promotions will run during the second half of Each promotion also has specific dealer requirements (e.g. Wholesale program participation), so be sure to check the detailed rules for overall eligibility. Incentive earnings for each promotion will be deposited to your AIM account within 7 days of the close of each month. Total monthly dealership earnings will be determined based on your dealer s total performance for the promotion running that month (see below for details), and earnings will be divided evenly between all eligible Parts Consultants at your dealership. For each 10 points earned you get $1. Eligibility This AIM incentive program is open to ALL Parts Consultants* that are: Enrolled in the Volkswagen Academy Learning Management System** for the promotion period*** Employed by an Authorized Volkswagen dealer for the promotion period Registered on the portal ( prior to the start of the promotion period. NOTE: all participation subject to review by Volkswagen of America, Inc. *Only these positions earn points for reward dollars. Parts Managers are not eligible for these promotions. 2 Page 2 Promotion 1 Customer capture Dates: July 1 December 31, 2017 **EXTENSION THROUGH END OF YEAR** Focus: Capturing valid s for your Active and Inactive Wholesale customers Payout: For each valid address captured for your Active or Inactive Wholesale customers who did not previously have a valid address on file, 10 points are earned by your dealership Details: Your dealership must be enrolled in the Volkswagen Wholesale Parts CRM program as a Standard (Level 2) or Premium (Level 3) dealer to participate Applies only to Active or Inactive (DMS must show sales to the customer within the past 2 years) IRF and body shop Wholesale customers (must be registered as a general automotive repair shop or automotive collision repair facility, possess a valid U.S. tax ID, and be located in the United States) Only s captured for customers without a current valid on file in the dealer s DMS qualify o For an to count towards the promotion, it must be Entered into your DMS and an invoice must thereafter be generated OR Entered into your DMS and entered into the CRM portal via CRM portal > Customers > Customer Management o Note: dealer DMS data will be reviewed as of June 30 to determine existing valid s on file o TIP: to quickly identify your customers that do not have a valid on file, log on to the CRM portal > Customers > Customer Database Update, check the Invalid box, filter on Active or Inactive Segment customers and select Search to run the report s showing in the CRM portal as invalid due to the recipient having previously unsubscribed from the CRM mailing list do not count towards the promotion Non-deliverable addresses (e.g. the mail server delivers a bounce back error or similar) also do not count towards the promotion All s captured must appear in the DMS by the final day of the promotion to be eligible for consideration Note: it typically takes 2-3 business days for updates from your DMS to the appear in the CRM portal s captured are subject to validation by Volkswagen Promotion 2 New Mechanical customer acquisition Dates: September 1 December 31, 2017 **EXTENSION THROUGH END OF YEAR** Focus: Acquiring new Mechanical Wholesale customers for your dealership Payout: For each new Mechanical Wholesale customer acquired, 100 points are earned by your dealership. NOTE: A maximum of fifty (50) new customers may be acquired by your dealership and qualify for this promotion

3 Page 3 Details: Your dealership must be enrolled in the Volkswagen Wholesale Parts CRM program as a Standard (Level 2) or Premium (Level 3) dealer to participate This promotion applies specifically to new Wholesale repair facility customers only (your DMS must not show sales to the customer in prior) o TIP #1: Leverage the SMART Maps feature within the Wholesale CRM to quickly identify and target new accounts and areas of sales opportunity o TIP #2: Be sure to promote RepairLink as the best way to source, price, and order Mechanical parts from your dealership while also accessing exclusive parts discounts up to 80% Each customer must purchase at least $150 (@ DNET) in total Mechanical parts from your dealership during the time period of the promotion to qualify o This total can occur across multiple sales invoices as long as the sales are dated within the time period of the promotion o The customer s unique name, street address, and phone number must appear on the invoice(s) to be eligible for the promotion o Parts returns within the month will count against the customer s total parts purchases o If parts are returned after the end of the month resulting in a customer purchasing less than the minimum amount for the promotion time period, your AIM account will be debited for the incentive amount originally credited for this customer (100 points) All invoices must appear in the DMS by the final day of the promotion to be eligible for consideration New customers are subject to review and validation by Volkswagen Promotion 3 CollisionLink conversion % growth Dates: November 1 December 31, 2017 Focus: Improving upon your dealership s percentage of non-oe parts converted to OE sales (conversion %) through Genuine Advantage CollisionLink Payout: Based upon the improvement in program parts conversion % versus baseline, your dealership can earn up to 2.5% of total Genuine Advantage program parts $ (DNET) converted during the promotion period Conversion % improvement Nov - Dec versus baseline Payout on program parts $ converted Nov - Dec TIER 1 TIER 2 TIER 3 +5pts +10pts +15pts 0.50% 1.25% 2.50%

4 Page 4 Details: To participate the dealer must be enrolled in Genuine Advantage CollisionLink as of October 15 th, 2017 The conversion % for a dealership is calculated as follows: o Each Genuine Advantage program part written as non-oem on a collision estimate and sent to a dealership for quoting via CollisionLink constitutes the dealer s sales opportunity (in $ DNET) TIP #1: Look for parts in the Upsell Parts section of the Order Details screen with a red, blue, or green flag attached. Red flags mean the part qualifies for Genuine Advantage reimbursement. Other colored flags signify instances where the dealer needs to input the correlating OE part number to determine whether the part qualifies. o Each of the above parts that the dealer successfully upsells to a Genuine Volkswagen part constitutes the dealer s converted sales (in $ DNET) NOTE: dealers must ensure all parts being ordered have been moved to the Order Status section of CollisionLink, confirm pricing, fill in the Invoice Number and Data Availability, and click Submit / Commit for these parts to be eligible for Genuine Advantage reimbursement and for the promotion o A dealer s converted sales divided by sales opportunity equals the dealer s conversion % Baseline performance was established for each eligible dealership based upon observed conversion % for parts estimates received for quoting via CollisionLink between December 16, September 15, 2017 The tiers of dealer targets were set at +5 pts (TIER 1), +10 pts (TIER 2), and +15 pts (TIER 3) of baseline performance (up to a maximum 100% conversions achieved) o NOTE: some dealerships may not be eligible to achieve all three tiers of targets (e.g. a dealer with baseline conversion performance of 97% will only be eligible for the TIER 1 bonus) o TIP #2: Pick up the phone and call the customer to understand their needs for the order o TIP #3: Avoid focusing on the margin of a particular part and instead focus on selling the entire order to become the customer s one stop shop for Genuine Volkswagen parts and future orders Conversion % is calculated based upon parts estimates received for quoting via CollisionLink between November 1 and December 31, 2017 only All converted sales must be invoiced and appear in the DMS by January 15 th to be eligible o Parts returns for converted sales will result in a lower conversion % o If parts are returned after the end of the promotion resulting in a lower conversion % and lower tier bonus achieved, your AIM account may be debited for the difference in bonus amount Converted sales and conversion performance subject to review by Volkswagen

5 Page 5 What job codes are eligible? Parts Consultants *Only this position earns points for reward dollars. Parts Managers are not eligible for these promotions. Points / Rewards Dollars Expiration Points earned in 2017 will expire at the end of the day March 2 nd, In order to receive the rewards earned on 2017 performance AIM users must CASH OUT before the end of the day March 2 nd, How can I register? Visit or click on (under the Service tab) on the VWHub and use your VWHub ID. All program information is available in the AIM portal. The Fine Print VWoA assumes no tax liability for the cash incentive. For tax purposes, 1099 forms will be mailed directly to recipients at the beginning of the 2018 calendar year and will be the sole responsibility of the reward recipients. Points are non-transferable. Total points earned is determined based upon your dealership s overall performance with respect to the promotion. Total points accumulated by the dealership will be divided by the number of eligible participants for the dealership and paid out in equal shares to each participant. The points that you earn will be posted to your AIM Portal account seven (7) days after the close of the month. All points are then processed for monetary debiting to your reloadable debit card between the 25 th and 30 th of that month. Points are non-transferable. If a Parts Consultant changes positions or dealerships mid-month, points earned for that month will not be accumulated for that Consultant. Timelines and rules stated above are subject to change for any reason, at any time, and without prior notice. Interpretation of rules and qualifications is at the sole discretion of Volkswagen of America, Inc. This program does not create an employment relationship, and any VWGoA specifically disclaims that any such relationship exists. I have questions. Who can I contact? Page 6 If you have not participated in a promotion before, the Volkswagen Incentives department will have Wirecard North America ship you a new Wirecard North America Debit Card the first time you receive a cash incentive. This debit card will be shipped to your dealership address with your name on it, so please be on the lookout for your new card in the mail.
