5 NEED MORE DETAIL? HOW DO I USE IT? Simply hand over your Cash Passport and enter your PIN or sign as normal. It s as easy as that! Don t forget you can use your Card as a travel money pot and top it up when you have some spare cash. HOW DO I USE IT ABROAD? When using your Card abroad always opt to use your Card in the local currency. This will avoid additional charges. HOW DO I USE IT ONLINE? Your card is ideal for shopping online. Choose to pay in local currency and avoid additional charges by knowing the full cost upfront. Your Card is not linked to your bank account and is very secure. HOW DO I TOP UP? Topping up is easy. You can top up online, via your online banking or, if you prefer to talk to someone, call us. HOW DO I MOVE CURRENCIES BETWEEN WALLETS? You have a few options here; just pick the one easiest for you. 6 WHERE CAN I USE IT? Locations that accept your Card AMERICA'S NEXT 37.1m+ Cash machines worldwide that accept your Card 2.1m+ HAD A CHANGE OF DESTINATION? NO WORRIES! If your travels take you somewhere unplanned and the currency of that country is not one of the Currencies on your Card, don t worry, your Card will still work. Your Card is clever and can process any transaction in any currency. To do this, there will be a charge the foreign exchange fee. NEED A RESCUE? Should you lose your Card or have it stolen, we have a team on hand that can get a new Card sent out to you. As long as you had some money left on your Card and are close to one of our money transfer branches, we can get you some cash until your new Card arrives.

10 HAVE A BACK-UP CARD? OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION KEEP IT SAFE AND TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU TRAVEL. If you ordered a back-up Card, this will arrive in a separate pack, identical to this one. Should you lose your main Card, call Card Services, they can cancel your lost Card and activate your back-up Card straight away. Your money will be secure and you can keep on travelling. OOPS, I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PIN! Simply call our automated Card Services on option 11, option 2. Enter your details when prompted and a PIN reminder will be available securely over the phone. If you want to make your PIN more memorable you can change it at participating UK cash machines. I'VE LOST MY CARD OR IT'S BEEN STOLEN! Give our Card Services a call immediately, they will be able to cancel your Card and order a new one. Should you need it, as long you had some money left on your Card, they can also get some of your cash to you until your new Card arrives as long as you are close to one of our money transfer branches.

11 HEY, I DIDN'T BUY THAT! Your Cash Passport benefits from the best of MasterCard s secure technology to protect your money, however, if you find yourself thinking I don t remember buying that or just want to check a transaction, call our Card Services team. We suggest checking your transaction history regularly. Top up online and your account is updated in real time. HELP, MY CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED! A few things to check before calling us: Do you have sufficient available funds? If not, top up. Check that where you are accepts MasterCard. For security reasons your Card also has daily limits, which you may be over, see the limits table. Call us at any point and we can help. I NO LONGER NEED MY CARD, HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? Your Card is designed so it can be used for multiple trips and at home. However, if you no longer require your Cash Passport, you can close (Cash Out) your account by calling our Card Services team. CAN I USE A CASH MACHINE TO CHECK MY BALANCE? Don t forget your Card is re-usable. Why not start putting some money aside for your next trip? You can, but it will only show you the total of all Currencies, not each individual Currency balance and may not be up-to-date due to exchange rates differing or transactions waiting to clear.
