2 Badge Sponsorship: USD $3,500 (Limited) ADITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES This is an excellent opportunity to ensure that your company s name will literally be in front of every attendee. This high visibility branding will feature your company logo and message around the necks of all attendees worn all day, and seen by everyone. The lanyards are well-kept memorabilia which offer your company the opportunity to gain a direct association to the event, along with brand recognition amongst all those attending the event. Your company s logo will be integral to the design of the lanyards. Your logo will be printed on all the lanyards (to be produced by the organizers). Coffee Breaks Sponsorship: USD $4,000 (Limited) Get noticed in well-trafficked areas of the event by sponsoring the coffee breaks of the event (coffee, setup, regular cups and tear down). Your company s logo will be featured on beverage napkins and signage at coffee break stations throughout the event. Your logo to appear on the Coffee Break signage near the break stations and a sign with your logo will be placed next to the coffee service for maximum recognition. You can brand the catering area by displaying your company banners and brochures around the coffee breaks venue. All branding to be supplied by the sponsor. In addition to other onsite and promotional recognition, you may wish to provide coffee mugs, coffee cart or coffee sleeves with your logo to support your company branding. 3 Texas Solar Pioneers Awards Ceremony Title Sponsorship : USD $6,200 (Exclusive) The prestigious inaugural Texas Solar Pioneers Awards Ceremony reception will provide high-visibility branding opportunities and recognition. Attendees will meet to mingle in a casual environment after a successful day of business and it will be attended by the movers and shakers in the Texas Solar Industry, distinguished speaker panel, the SBF VIP guests and high level solar professionals in Texas. As an exclusive Title Sponsor for the Awards Ceremony, your organization will host and brand the Awards Reception area with an opportunity to conduct a VIP 10-minute welcome address during the reception. You can brand all drink stations and tables including branded drink vouchers given to all event attendees. You can also place company banners, brochures and corporate literature around the venue where the cocktail reception will be hosted. The reception is an outstanding opportunity to reach and interact with all speakers and attendees before the end of the event. Organizers will provide additional specialized function graphics, featuring your logo, such as directional to the reception. As the host of the networking reception, your company is seen to pool the best quality SBF attendees and you are encouraged to bring marketing and sales materials to be distributed to attendees within the function area or provide a banner and/or other promotional materials approved by Organizers. Ten (10) complimentary SBF VIP Passes ($3,950 Value) Event Pens Scholarship: USD $1,500 (exclusive) When event attendees reach for a pen to jot down an address, information during panels, or the name of a particularly good speaker, they will be reaching for one with your logo on it. Every event registrant will receive the branded pens at registration, and additional pens will be available at select locations throughout the event.

4 Luncheon Sponsorship: USD $5,000 (Limited) As a luncheon sponsor, you will have an outstanding opportunity to reach all VIP guests and speakers. You can place marketing materials at each seat and have a representative personally greet attendees as they enter the luncheon. You may also provide a company banner to be hung within the luncheon area. Your organization will be invited to host both the private dining area and the main dining area. Your organization will also be invited to conduct a 5-minute welcome address during the lunch. The Luncheon banner will be prominently featured inside the Lunch room which will bear your company s name and logo. Tabletop for display / demo Four (4) complimentary VIP Passes ($1,580 Value) Notebooks Sponsorship: USD $3,000 (exclusive) Sponsor the notebook that attendee will use to write down points during the sessions. As an exclusive sponsor, the notebook will be branded with your company logo. Pop-Up Banners Sponsorship: USD $ Slots Available Leverage high traffic & less competition to capture attendees interest with this sponsorship package. The package is only open for organizations whose main operations focus on Solar and want to maximize their involvement at the event by being a Pop-Up Banner Sponsor which will be visible to all exhibitors and attendees. Pop-up banner allows qualified sponsor organizations to expand their reach with an impressive pop-up banner placed in strategic areas in the hallway. Organizers take care of pop-up banners.

5 One (1) complimentary VIP Pass ($395 Value). 10% discount for additional pass (Pop-up banner sponsorship are subject to rejection if organization main operation in not focus on Solar) Valet Parking Sponsorship: USD $2,500 (exclusive) Let your company be the brand at the parking lots at the host hotel parking lot reserved for SBF participants. As an exclusive sponsor, you will have the opportunity to brand the valet signs reserve for SBF participants that will be driving to the event. In addition, parking vouchers will be issued at the registration desk to all those who parked at the host hotel parking lots and the vouchers will be branding with your company logo.
