6 The Compensation Plan The compensation plan consists of 3 stages: Activation, Certification & Compensation. You have to purchase the product before you can promote it to others. This is known as Activation. You don t make a commission off your own purchase so your sponsor makes the full 40% commission. Once you re activated on a particular product, you can promote it to others as an affiliate. The first two sales are called Certification. On these sales, you make a 20% commission and the remaining 20% is passed up to your sponsor. These two referrals also join your sponsor s organisation.
