3 Penguin pointers! What is the fastest way to place my reorder? Place reorders online at Once complete, you will receive confirmation. Cannot access internet? No Problem! You can also reorder by fax or phone. See page 4. Reorders placed online go directly to the warehouse! When will I receive my reorder? If you placed your reorders by 1 PM, you will receive your reorder the next business day. Late reorders may not be processed that day. Reorders are delivered at the time UPS normally delivers to your school. We Ship Standard Overnight at no cost to you. Check the sponsor website for tracking. WIll I receive everything I request? You are participating in one of the most popular programs available to schools across the nation. Students and parents love our merchandise and prices! With that in mind, as much as we try to keep every item in stock, we cannot predict the popularity of all items. We receive new merchandise daily. You may receive new and exciting items that you did not receive in your original shipment. Our goal is to make your job easy and to offer the latest and greatest gifts at the best possible prices. In order to do this, it s important that you do NOT pre-sell items. How many items should I reorder? Popular items vary from class to class and from morning to afternoon. We want to send you the items that the students are buying. Place a reorder for items that are sold out or super popular. We don t want to ship you items that you will just have to pack up and send back at the end of the shop. We want every part of the Holiday Shop to be easy on you and the volunteers. If you need a large reorder, then call one of our friendly representatives at for immediate assistance. You may need more than you think you do, so we help figure out the best way to take care of you immediately! REMIND THE PARENTS ABOUT THE BEST PART OF THE GIFT. Ask your child how they selected the special present. You re sure to hear a story to last a lifetime! Page 3

5 End of Shop Checklist! You re almost done with this year s shop! Regardless of what your kiddos may have gotten for you, don t forget to enjoy the light in their eyes as they learn the true value of the Holiday Shop... the joy of giving! Repack small items by using left over bags. (Example: put all rings in one bag, etc.). Include all unused supplies (Parent letters, Envelopes, flyers, plastic bags etc.) Write your school name and school code on all b es returned Use the UPS shipping labels provided Affix the labels on your boxes and give to your school s regular UPS driver. The day your shop closes let your school secretary know the boxes are ready to be picked up by UPS. UPS visits most schools every day. Discard any unused shipping labels. Discard broken items It is not necessary to return broken or damaged items. Pack your b es like this! (get 500 Bonus Loyalty Points!) Not this. P.S. Should you need more labels, contact us at We will request them from UPS. However, the labels will be ed from Quantum Express. Our system will continue to generate a letter to you if you have not returned our merchandise. If you have nothing to return please let us know!!
