We know your customers or members want the savings we can ofer, but many think switching is too hard. So we promise them this: we ll make it easyand 99% of our customers say we succeed. And just as we make it easy for our customers, we make it easy for our partners, too. That s why major consumer brands such as MoneySupermarket, uswitch and GoCompare use Make It Cheaper to service their business switching customers.
3 Taking care of business. Running a business is hard. We know that. We ve made it our mission to make the lives of business owners and decision makers a little easierand here s why we think we re pretty good at it: We ve helped more than 250,000 business save more than 500 million on their bills since we started in We re the market leader in business energy switching, with 261,327 new contracts set up the last time we counted. We have one of the widest energy supplier panels on the marketbut we only work with suppliers we trust. 99% of our customers say we made it easy for them to switch their contracts. Our customers value what we do for them, as our consistently high Net Promoter Scores prove. For energy it s 77% and for insurance it s 87% where the market average is 28%).
4 How will our partnership work? The basic model for our partnership is very straightforward. It goes like this: You tell your customers about the service Make It Cheaper ofers and the beneit we could bring to their business. The customer likes what they read or hear, gets in contact with us and agrees to go ahead with a new contract or policy. You are remunerated on a monthly basis according to the sales we make with the customers you introduce to us. There are two ways customers can initiate a conversation with us: by phone and via an online form. We can track every customer you send to us because you ll have your own unique 0800 phone number and your own unique landing pages on the Make It Cheaper website.
5 We ll be the ones getting our hands dirty. From our point of view, a partnership with you provides a means of reaching more customers, gaining new business and achieving higher growth. So, we re prepared to do whatever s required to make it successful. Here s the type of marketing support we can ofer: Web content. A well-placed paragraph or link, full web pages or an all-singing, all-dancing microsite. Whatever it is you think will bring our proposition alive on your site, we ll help make it happen. content. We can provide content for you to promote our service via . This might be a small segment in a regular newsletter or a one-of mailingeither way, we ll give you what you need. Printed material. Flyers, lealets, letters. Anything you might hand over to your customer in person or send them in the post. Voice training. If you talk to customers via a voice team, we can provide training that helps them understand our proposition and bring it alive on the phone.

7 Stuck on you. Here s what the experts say. If a customer buys three products or uses three services ofered by your brand, they will never leave you. A partnership with Make It Cheaper gives you the opportunity to ofer an additional beneit to make your customers or members even stickier. You ve ofered them more. You ve saved them money. 8 How will the commercials work? There will be two main factors contributing to our commercial agreementlead volume and lead quality. Lead quality is based on our ability to convert leads into sales we ll be working together to achieve a minimum conversion rate of 20% to make our partnership commercially viable. Everything is open to negotiation, but in principle there are three tiers of remuneration. We will typically start with a cost per acquisition CPA) model, whereby you receive an agreed share of the commission we receive. After a pre-agreed period typically three months) we will review togetherand if both factors are looking strong, we ll probably talk about a new cost per lead CPL) arrangement. If both volume and quality get higher still, our conversation will probably turn towards a renewals deal, whereby you continue to receive payments throughout the customer s lifetime with Make It Cheaper. We would ofer remuneration not only for the customer s irst transaction, but for all subsequent contracts they renew with us, either as a percentage share of commission received or at a lat rate per sale. It s really important for us to ind the right arrangement for both of usif we re both beneiting, then it s a successful partnership. This is why you ll have an account manager on hand who ll be committed to getting the best out of our partnership and working with you to maximise the opportunities available.
9 A few facts about our business gas and electricity switching service. We re the market leader in business switching, with close to 300,000 contracts arranged. We retain 65% of our customers year-on-year. Our success rate of sold contracts going live is more than 80%. A new contract set up with Make It Cheaper is 40% more likely to go live. We only work with vetted suppliers, so we re conident in any contract we recommend to our customers. Every customer that switches with us has a phone conversation with an agent who they are free to call back on their direct line. Our customer service team deals with any problems raised by old or new suppliers during the switching process.
10 A few facts about our business insurance procurement service. Scope of cover comes irst. We take the time to understand our customers business needsthen ind them cover at a price they ll like. We understand what our customers need and give them the best experience possible. That s why our renewal rate is so higharound 90%. We only work with vetted providersso we re conident in any cover we recommend. Every customer that switches with us has a phone conversation with an agent who becomes their personal account broker. They are then on hand to help if the customer ever needs to make a claim. Our Net Promoter Score for insurance customers is consistently above the industry average. Our NPS score is currently at 87%, compared to the market average of 28%.
