SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The STEELERS GAMEDAY Text to Win Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) will operate as a series of eight (8) separate contests (each, a Weekly Sweepstakes Period ), during Steelers' home games starting with the game on September 8, 2013 and ending with the game on December 29, 2013(the "Complete Sweepstakes Period"). The first of the Weekly Sweepstakes Periods will begin on September 8, 2013 at 12:01 am EDST and will end on September 9, 2013 at 12:00 pm EDST. The remaining seven (7) Weekly Sweepstakes Periods will begin at 12:01 pm EDST (or, EDT, as applicable) on the Monday following each Steelers 2013 home game and ending at 12:00 pm EDST (or EDT, as applicable) on the Monday following the next Steelers 2013 home game. SPONSORS: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Pittsburgh Steelers LLC, 100 Art Rooney Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes will be offered in-stadium at Heinz Field during Steelers 2013 home games (9/8/13, 9/22/13, 10/20/13, 11/10/13, 11/17/13, 12/8/13, 12/15/13, and 12/29/13). At Steelers home games during the Complete Sweepstakes Period, send the keyword CRUISE to from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone when prompted via a scoreboard message in the second quarter. Once you send the text message, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes, and will receive a bounce-back message confirming your entry, along with sponsor special offers. All text message entries received up to the moment that a winner is selected are eligible for the drawing. All entrants in the stadium must have a two-way text messaging capable handset in order to enter the Sweepstakes using either entry method. Entrants will be charged their text messaging rate for each text message sent or received through their handset according to the terms in their Wireless Calling Plan. You may opt out of receiving sponsor special offers at any time. Text messaging and wireless service are not available in all areas. ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF ENTRY: If you are not in attendance at a game, in lieu of entering the Sweepstakes via text message within the stadium, you may send the keyword CRUISE to from your 2-way text messaging capable wireless phone beginning at any time starting with the end of the prior Weekly Sweepstakes Period and ending no later

2 than 12:00 pm EDST (or EST, as applicable) on the Monday following the end of the 2013 Steelers home game. Once you have entered the Sweepstakes at any time during the Complete Sweepstakes Period, you will remain entered in the Sweepstakes unless you are a winner during any time during the Complete Sweepstakes Period. Once you send the text message, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes, and will receive a bounce-back message confirming your entry, along with sponsor special offers. All text message entries received during a Weekly Sweepstakes Period up to the moment that a winner is selected are eligible for the drawing. There is a limit of one entry per person/per mobile telephone number. If you have entered via the alternative means of entry, you may not enter again if you want to do so in Heinz Field during a game. You are only eligible to win the Sweepstakes once during the Complete Contest Period, regardless of the manner of entry.eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules which are binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. RANDOM DRAWINGS: All drawings will be conducted on behalf of Sponsors by Administrator, an independent marketing agency, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners will be selected by Administrator in a random drawing of all eligible entries received at any time during the Complete Sweepstakes Period. Each entrant is only eligible to win the Sweepstakes once during the Complete Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One (1) Weekly Prize A five (5) day Steelers Cruise to the Caribbean (from March 10, 2014 through March 15, 2014) (the Cruise ) for two (2) adults, Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) $2000. Prizes consists of only the item specifically listed as the prize. All prize(s) will be awarded as is. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Cruise does not include airfare or other transportation to or from the port of embarkation/disembarkation, the costs of which shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Port of call fees and departure taxes of $129 per person also not included. Additional details about the Cruise can be found at CLAIMING PRIZE: Sponsor or Administrator will send the potential winner a YOU VE WON text message to the cell phone number of the entry selected as the winner. The potential winner must respond to that text message by providing Sponsor or Administrator with their name and a daytime telephone number. Sponsor or Administrator will contact the potential winner at the telephone number provided and, at such time, the potential winner

3 will be asked to provide their proof of age, and a photo ID (driver s license or other government issued official form of identification). The notified eligible winner shall be the only party eligible to claim the prize. In order to receive the prize, the potential winner must respond to Sponsor s or Administrator s text notifying them that they have been selected as the winner within two (2) days of receiving such notification. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. If winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded to his/her parent/legal guardian. All potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility. If the prize winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, fails to abide by the Official Rules, or is ineligible, Sponsor and/or Administrator may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. RESTRICTIONS: Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes and prizes are not exchangeable for cash. PASSPORT: The winners will need to have a valid passport at the time of the cruise (March 2014) issued by the country of their citizenship in order to board the cruise ship. A failure to have such a passport will result in the winner not being allowed to board and, in such event, the winner will remain solely responsible for all of such winner s travel, lodging and other costs incurred. TAXES: Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state and local taxes with respect to the prizes awarded. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agents to use the winner s name and/or likenesses, prize information, photograph, voice or comments for purposes of advertising and trade without further notice, permission, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors and Administrator. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Sponsors, PSSI Stadium LLC, Administrator and their respective shareholders, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and independent contractors ( Released Parties ) harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with The Pittsburgh Steelers' Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. The prizes will be awarded to the name corresponding to the phone number/entry from which the entry originated. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to a mobile telephone number (MTN)/ address by a telephone company, wireless service provider, Internet access provider, Internet service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning addresses, telephone numbers or wireless phone numbers for the telephone exchange associated with the submitted telephone number/ address or the domain associated with the submitted telephone, as applicable.
