This guide was written as a way to give a better understanding of what you now have at your disposal, and what to expect with your time with MasterResellRights.com. The MRR membership was first launched all the way back in 2006, and since then thousands of members have joined MRR, from well known marketers to those who are starting out. So you're in good company here at MRR. 3 Useful Information What To Expect From MRR Since 2006 we've been updating the members area as fast as we can, normally within 24 hours, and never longer than 48 hours. Contact Unlike some memberships where you are bombarded with s, we actually much prefer for members to login to their membership, download any products or material that they want to use and get out there to make money. So as a rule we will never you unless urgent or important. You will never be promoted to while you are a member of MRR. Resell Rights, What Are They? If you're new to the world of resell rights then the following tutorial will certainly help you understand all the terminologies, different types of rights involved and so forth. Back in 2006 resell rights were very black and white, you get what you see, the rights you receive didn't need mind maps to understand, but these days it gets a little more complicated. Hopefully this article will help you have a better understanding: Resell rights in very simple terms is the ability to resell a product you bought from someone else. You may buy directly from an authorized reseller of the product, or you may even buy directly from the source (The creator). Over the past few years some seriously "Barmy" rights have been introduced, but here at MRR we try to keep it simple, call us old school!

4 Now let's take a look at all the terms: You have Master Resell Rights - you resell the product and you confer the right to your customer to resell it as well. Their customers can also sell Master Resell Rights and so forth. Private Label Rights - PLR is the hottest commodity without question, and we try our level best to sweep up as much PLR as possible for members. With PLR you can change the product to suit your requirements, obtain the source code and modify it and even put your name and signature on the product. We have to be very careful with PLR because there are many offshoots: Personal Or Non Transferable Private Label Rights - This term basically means you can edit the product or source file, claim to be the author, create new products from the content, without any type of editing your customer receives no rights to resell. However, you may be able to sell Resale Rights or Master Resell Rights after editing and securing the product as a PDF etc, it's always best to double check the license and if in doubt contact us at the support desk. Transferable Private Label Rights - You can sell the PLR to your customers. Basic Resale Rights - you can buy the product and re-sell it, but the person buying it from you does NOT have the right to resell it. Giveaway Rights - you can buy the product and then give it away for free as an incentive. Rebranding Rights - these are similar to private label rights but there are restrictions on what you can do with the product). Resell rights can also include royalty rights and source code rights.

Upon logging into your MRR membership you will be greeted with the members home page, with some instructions on how to contact us and what to expect. The most clicked link within MRR is the "Latest Additions" link at the very top listed in the navigation. This will take you to the very latest products, content or services that we've added. We urge all members to click that link on a daily basis to see what's new. When viewing the "Newest Additions" page you will be presented with all the latest additions, and we've tried to make the listings as easy to read as possible: - Rights Included - Date Added - Brief Description - Members Request? - File Size - Download Link - More Info Link - Sales Page Link

6 You can expect all various types of products to be added, from ebooks, videos, graphics, software, articles, audio, wordpress themes and more.

7 Downloading a Product When preparing to download products from MRR we recommend that you create folders for each specific month and year. For instance if we created a folder named "1111" then that would translate into November 2011, or you can name the folder anything you like, Nov11, Nov2011 etc. This way your downloads will be easily managed and searchable. Once you have downloaded a product from MRR you can expect: - The product, whether ebook in PDF format, Graphics, Themes, Videos etc - Sales page if the product seller has provided one - Valid resellers license file, sometimes in PDF format or as a text file Extracting a Downloaded File from MRR All products are packed as a zip file, so in order to start using and selling a product if applicable you will need to extract the zip file, and you can use either: Some products are more in-depth, and you may find that you will be downloading a product with ebook, video, audio, sales page, license file for example. It's absolutely critical that you read the license file attached so that you may better understand what you can and cannot do with the product. 9 Product Type We ve tried our best to categorize every single product that has been added to the members area for easier browsing. 10 Affiliate Program As an MRR member you are now entitled to 70% commission on any new referrals that sign up through your affiliate link! Very Important! It's very important that you update your commission payout information, otherwise we cannot pay you, which isn't a good thing! You can do this by going to this URL: At present we only pay affiliates via PayPal, and this takes place on the 15th of every month. Without fail we've paid all commission on the 15th of each month, no earlier and no later. Product Requests One of the most beneficial aspects of being part of the MasterResellRights.com family is that you have free access to OUR bank account! Not literally :-) but we've been spending $2000 per month on average for products and services that MRR members have requested. The MRR Membership has been an active daily membership going back to 2006, and the only reason it has been that way is because of member requests. We do our best to keep an eye out for anything with resell rights, but with the help of members we can scour the Internet on a much wider scale. One of the best places, if not the best place that we purchase resell rights is over at the Warrior Forum, and we know several members are active warriors. To request a product that is not currently available within the MasterResellRights.com member area, please submit a ticket via our online help desk. To help ensure you give us the proper information, copy/past the example request form below in to your ticket and simply answer the questions within it. In most cases, you will hear back from us within just 3 business days. 14 Please Note: The product you request MUST include a minimum of resale rights. It is most beneficial if it includes Master Resell Rights as that will enable us to pass resell rights along to you as well. Also, the product should include rights which will enable us to add it to the membership. However, if the product can not be added to a membership, we would still like to know about it. We may be able to include it within our Dollar Deals section which will enable members to purchase it for just $1. Without any of the aforementioned rights, the product is useless as we will not be able to include it within the membership. Dollar Deals The $1 deals section of MRR is intended for those products that have been requested, but CANNOT be added to a members area. Generally this is because the product developer has stated that their product cannot be added to a members area, or that the rights to resell MUST be sold. So in order to keep in line with their request, we charge the lowest that we can, and that's $1. To access the dollar deals cart simply click the link within the Quick Links box within the MRR members area.
