Eligibility: The #LoveLoveSurvivors Facebook Timeline Contest ( Sweepstakes ) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or over. Internet access required. Employees of Borges USA STAR Fine Foods (the Sponsor ) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Borges USA STAR Fine Foods as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about October 06, 2016 and ending October 31, All online entries must be received by October 31, :59PM PST to be considered eligible for the sweepstakes prize. 4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting a comment with an encouraging message to breast cancer survivors with the hashtag #LoveLoveSurvivors on the Sweepstakes post on STAR Fine Food s Facebook page. The comment/entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Borges USA STAR Fine Foods. Only one entry per Facebook profile will be accepted. Multiple posts by the same user may be deleted or user may be deemed unqualified. Use of the hashtag #LoveLoveSurvivors in other social media posts is encouraged, but only those comments with this hashtag on the

2 sweepstakes post will be considered eligible for the prize. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Borges USA STAR Fine Foods. Comments posted in the sweepstakes are declared to be made by the authorized Facebook account holder of the Facebook account tied to the comment at the time of entry 5. Prizes: One winner will receive one (1) Pink KitchenAid Cook for the Cure 5 Quart Artisan Stand Mixer, one (1) 500 ml STAR Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a glass bottle, one (1) 12 oz STAR Red Wine Vinegar, one (1) 8.5 oz STAR Balsamic Vinegar and one (1) oz Cara Mia Marinated Artichoke Hearts, approximate retail value (ARV) of $350. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Borges USA STAR Fine Foods to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. 7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing conducted by a third party company, Easypromos, under the supervision of the Sponsor. Sponsor will review the random winner chosen and will verify that the conditions of entry were met. If conditions were not met, the Sponsor (at Sponsor s sole discretion) may deem entry ineligible to win and another winner may be randomly chosen. The winner will be notified via a response by the Sponsor to the comment he/she entered into the Sweepstakes within five (5) days following the end of the sweepstakes period. In this response comment, the winner will be prompted to

3 follow a link that will direct him/her to the Winners Page where he/she can accept the prize and verify their winning Facebook profile identity. After verifying that he/she is the winner, he/she will be able to provide the necessary contact information to arrange for delivery of the prize. Borges USA STAR Fine Foods shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notifications due to winners' spam or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was posted, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prize will be sent to the winner on or before November 30, 2016 at the address they provide. If winner moves and prize is not forwarded, or if a potential winner is found to be ineligible or in not in compliance with these Official Rules, such prize may be forfeited. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. 8. 4 cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Borges USA STAR Fine Foods may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Borges USA STAR Fine Foods. Borges USA STAR Fine Foods reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. By entering, entrant and participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
