6 3. CUSTOMER ACQUISITION BONUS * (CAB) Sponsor a few friends and earn 10% on the Business Volume of everything they order. The Customer Acquisition Bonus is paid on the BV of orders in your organization through seven generations. As a Silver (or above) Product Consultant, you earn 10% on the BV of everyone you personally sponsor; they are your 1 st Generation. When you personally sponsor a Customer or Product Consultant and they purchase a Build Your Own or pre-selected Pack, you will earn one Credit on Level 1 of your Team. Level 1 of your Team can be filled by 1 st Generation Customers and Product Consultants. There is no limit to the number of Teams you can build or the number of Credits you can receive. When qualified, every time a 3 rd Generation Customer or Product Consultant purchases a qualified Pack, you will receive a Level 3 Credit. Example: Twenty-one of your 3 rd Generation Customers or Product Consultants purchase a qualified Pack. You would earn a $525 Bonus from Team 1 and a $525 Bonus from Team 2. You would need three more 3 rd Generation qualified Pack purchases to earn the $525 from Team 3. 11 5. 3X7 COMMUNITY MATRIX (Expandable) We use the word community because your Community Matrix can be built by your efforts, the efforts of your team, and also by the efforts of your upline, who are your support team. Community Matrix Explained When you create a Member account as a godésana Customer or Product Consultant, you will receive three positions on the 1st level of your Community Matrix, which goes seven levels deep. This means you may have Customers and Product Consultants placed in your Community Matrix who were sponsored by your upline. You can have 3 Customers and/or Product Consultants on Level 1, 9 on Level 2, 27 on Level 3, 81 on Level 4, 243 on Level 5, 729 on Level 6, and 2,187 on Level 7. Dependent upon your rank, you can qualify to earn 2% to 7% of the qualifying Business Volume ordered by Customers and Product Consultants in your 3x7 Community Matrix. Check Match is determined by the rank you achieve, and your personal sponsorship tree, which is simply all of the qualified Product Consultants you ve personally sponsored and the Customers and Product Consultants that they have personally sponsored, and so on. In each personal sponsorship tree leg, each personally sponsored Customer and Product Consultant begins a new leg. The great news is that there are no limits to the width of your personal sponsorship tree, so you can continue to add more legs in order to add more qualified Product Consultants to your generations, increasing your Community Matrix Check Match. 15 GLOSSARY OF TERMS Active: To be considered active, you must maintain the stated minimum qualifying Business Volume for your rank on a rolling 31 day basis. Auto-Delivery: A recurring order that you can choose to have delivered to you each month, saving you the trouble of having to go online. Can be changed or canceled at any time during the month. Business Volume (BV): Assigned value associated with each product for purposes of rank qualification, build your own Pack purchases, and earnings. Build Your Own Pack: Customized product order that meets specific Business Volume requirements and receives up to 30% additional savings and free shipping in the USA. 160BV: Save an additional 10% off wholesale pricing 230BV: Save an additional 20% off wholesale pricing 300BV: Save an additional 30% off wholesale pricing Community Matrix Volume: The seven level sales volume of your Community Matrix, plus your personal volume. Differential: Difference between wholesale and retail pricing. Dynamic Compression: Compression of inactive and un-qualified Product Consultants on a specific level to pay the stated Commission or Bonus to the next qualified upline. Expandable Matrix: Diamond (and above) Product Consultants have the ability to add additional legs to the Community Matrix if desired. Generation: Anyone you personally sponsor is your 1 st generation. Your 1 st generation s personal Customers and Product Consultants are your 2 nd generation. Your 2 nd generation s personal Members are your 3 rd generation. Member Rewards Program (MRP): Customers and Product Consultants automatically participate in our Member Rewards Program (MRP) where we reward you for consistently purchasing your favorite products. The longer you participate, the more product points you receive. MRP points can be used just like cash to purchase godésana products. 1-3 Months 4-6 Months 7-9 Months Months 13+ Months 10% 15% 20% 25% 30% Terms & Conditions Orders purchased with MRP points have no BV. No limit to the amount of MRP points received. MRP redemption orders cannot be combined with other forms of payment. 16 GLOSSARY OF TERMS Personally Sponsored Group Volume (PSG): The compounded seven level Community Matrix sales volume of each of your personally sponsored. Rank Advancement: Rank Advancement for Jasper (and below) Product Consultants occurs twice daily and is based on the Business Volume from personal purchases and retail purchases made from your web site on a rolling 31 day calendar and number of Personally Sponsored Example: On January 2 nd, you place a 30BV order. You would hold the rank of Product Consultant for 31 days. On January 12 th, you place another order for 50BV. You would then hold the rank of Gold Product Consultant until February 2 nd since from January 12 th until February 2 nd your account would have a total of 80BV. If you did not place an another order on February 2 nd, your rank would drop from Gold to Silver Product Consultant since you would then have 50BV. The Business Volume from the January 2 nd, order would drop off. To earn the rank of Amber (and above) you will need to meet a Personal Sponsorship, a Personally Sponsored Group Sales Volume, and a Matrix Sales Volume requirement. Advancement to these ranks occur at the close of the calendar month and become effective on the 1 st of the following month. When you are a Amber (and above) Product Consultant your rank holds for the entire calendar month regardless of PSG Sales Volume and Matrix Sales Volume. However, the requirement for active Personally Sponsored for these ranks is on a rolling 31 days. If during the rolling 31 days, you fall below the Personally Sponsored requirement for your rank and/or you do not have 80BV in the previous 31 days from personal purchases and/or retail purchases made form your retail, you will lose your rank until the close of the month and Rank Advancement is calculated again. Spillover: Members placed in your Community Matrix by the Product Consultants in your upline. Sponsor: Your Sponsor is the person who introduced you to godésana. Sponsor Placement: The person immediately above you in the godésana Community Matrix. Sponsorship Tree: Customers and Product Consultants connected to you through personal sponsorship. Purchasing a Pack under another Member s account or a spouse residing at the same address will be considered Bonus buying and may result in retraction of Bonuses received and termination of your Member Agreement. 4. Product Consultants may not utilize the account of a spouse or family Member residing at the Product Consultant s address for the purpose of purchasing qualifying Packs. 5. Qualifying Pack purchases must be paid for by the Product Consultant account holder, shipped to the primary shipping address listed on the Product Consultant s account, and must be purchased with a credit card issued in the name of the Product Consultant account holder or the Product Consultant s e-wallet account balance, not including any transferred funds. 6. Qualified Pack orders that are returned are credited to the Product Consultant s MRP balance only. 7. Bonuses are paid immediately and released for withdrawal within 72 hours following verification of adherence to the Show & Tell Bonus Terms and Conditions. 8. Pack purchases cannot be moved from one account to another. 9. There is no limit to the number of Bonuses that can be earned so long as all qualifications are met. 10. Personally purchasing product or encouraging Customers and Product Consultants to purchase excessive inventory for the purpose of collecting Bonuses and achieving rank is prohibited and will result in termination of the Member Agreement. terms & conditions 16
