Discounts: When you make a purchase less than $125 you receive 5% cash discount at check out. When you make a purchase $125 or more, you receive 10% discount at check out. 3 IBOs Earn: Retail Profit: o You earn 20% of the Customers orders and 10% - 15% of the Customer 500s orders (% depends if they earn the 5% or 10% cash discount for shopping less or more than $125) o You are earning on all Customers & Customer 500 purchases regardless of how much they purchase or how they purchase. IBO Bonus: o 5% of your own purchase (cash IBO Bonus at checkout - online) o 5% of 1 st level IBO s personal IBO$ + total $ of his Customer/Customer 500s o 5% of 2 nd level IBO s personal IBO$ + total $ of his Customer/Customer 500s o 5% of 3 rd level IBO s personal IBO$ + total $ of his Customer/Customer 500s o You do not earn 5% on any IBO who purchases less than $100 IBO$. The IBO earns 5% if they order more than $100 IBO$ so there is an incentive for them to keep their purchases above that. Sponsoring Bonuses: o New IBO with the $200 Fortune Delight Business Pack The sponsor earns: $34 Sponsor earns $10 when Sponsor goes through online training together with new Sunrider. In order for the training to count, the new IBO must login to Sunrider s website with their own password and go through the training. o Upgrading Customer 500s who buy the marketing tool pack The sponsor earns $10 for going through online training together. Earn Higher Income: o Become a Business Leader and Build Leaders! 3. Business Leader: Lead your Group! Qualify as a Business Leader: $3,000 IBO$ in your Group For 2 months in a row Shop at IBO Discounts: 20% Discount + 5% cash IBO Bonus of your total order on orders over $100 IBO Price. The IBO earns 5% if they order more than $100 IBO$ so there is an incentive for them to keep their purchases above that. Additional Bonuses for Qualifying Business Leaders & Above: 1. Business Leader Performance Bonus: For all Business Leaders and above at any rank o This is a performance based bonus the more you do the higher the bonus. o There is no ceiling what SR will pay out on this bonus. o The more you sponsor and the more active IBOs, the more bonuses you can make. Three Ways of Earning this Bonus: 2.5% of Total IBO dollars of Personal Group: This is for Business Leaders who generate $3000 in a month either personally buying or working with their group. With high $ volumes this can be a large bonus. o $3,000 group / $100 IBO$ personal 5% of Total IBO dollars of Personal Group: This bonus rewards Business Leaders who personally bring new Sunriders into their group on a regular basis o $3,000 group / $100 IBO$ personal o 10 Customer 500s with $125 in purchases and/or IBOs with $100 purchase o Sponsor or upgrade: 3 new Customer 500 and/or IBOs within the current and/or previous 2 months 10% of Total IBO dollars of Personal Group: This bonus rewards high performance in sponsoring and active ordering in group. o $3,000 group / $100 IBO$ personal o 20 Customer 500s with $125 in purchases and/or IBOs with $100 purchases o Sponsor or upgrade: 5 new Customer 500 and/or IBOs within the current and /or previous 2 months o Income Example: $10,000 PG IBO$ has the potential to earn $1000 on this bonus!!!! 02/06/2011 Page 4 of 8
5 2. Leadership Development Bonus: For all qualifying Business Leaders and above - Paid on the SV of the Company This bonus is considered the core of the Business Plan. This bonus rewards longstanding BLs and above who have built their organizations. This is residual income. The simple requirement is that BLs and above attend the annual Grand Convention in July to refresh and reconnect with Sunrider so they can continue to motivate, train, and inspire their downline. $100 IBO$ personal purchase, $3000 Personal Group You are paid up to 6 levels deep with increasing percentages of income as your own leadership level increases. You are paid your Leadership Development Bonus regardless of your sponsoring. Business Leaders must qualify every 6 months to keep their downline leaders, otherwise their leaders compress up to the next qualifying Business Leader. This bonus is earned on new upcoming BLs their 2 nd qualifying month when they break away from your personal group. 3. Group Performance Bonus: For Group Leaders and above To participate you need to meet 5 requirements: 1. Personal purchase of $200 IBO$ 2. Personal Group total $5000 IBO$ 3. Sponsor or Upgrade 3 IBOs and/or Customer500s in current and/ or last 2 months 4. Have 10 IBOs or Customer 500s purchase $100 IBO$ in the current month. Earn this bonus on Total Personal Group IBO$ + 1 st level BL Personal Group IBO$s 1 share: over $17,000 2 shares: over $25,000 3 Shares: over $40,000 Newly qualified Group BLs earn this bonus the 2 nd qualified month. 4. Profit Sharing: For Lead Business Leaders and above. To participate you need to meet 4 requirements: (Earned monthly, Paid December15) 1. Personal Purchase $200 IBO$ 2. Personal Group Total $5000 IBO$ 3. Sponsor or upgrade 3 IBO and/or Customer500 in current and/or last 2 months 4. Have 10 IBOs and/or Customer 500s purchase 100 IBO$ in the current month 5. Number of points earned then depends on your current qualifying rank: Lead Business Leader: 2 points Group Business Leader: 4 points Golden Group Business Leader: 6 points Silver Master Business Leader: 12 points Golden Master BL: 16 points To receive the payout you must be a currently active and qualifying leader in the month of the payout. 02/06/2011 Page 5 of 8
6 5. Travel Incentive Fund: For all qualifying Business Leaders, Lead BL and unqualified Group BL (for at least 6 months) To participate you need to meet 3 requirements 1. You must be a qualified Business Leader, Lead Business Leader or unqualified Group BLs (for at least 6 months) 2. You must qualify as a BL or Lead the last 3 consecutive months before the Grand Convention or special event. 3. You must sponsor or upgrade 12 IBOs or Customer 500s in the 12 month qualifying period Qualification period begins June 1, 2011 for Travel You earn depending on the number of months you qualify as a BL or Lead BL: Qualify 12 months earn 2 points Qualify 9 months earn 1.5 points Qualify 6 months earn 1 point We re looking forward to International Travel in 2012 With Sunrider, the opportunity to succeed is within everyone s reach! 02/06/2011 Page 6 of 8

8 Transition from Old Plan to Business Plan 2011 March 1, 2011 Retail Customers and VIPs (Customers, Customer 500s) March 1: Both Current Retail Customers and VIPs with less than $500 in accumulated purchases during the last 12 months (March 2010-February 2011) will become valued Customers and their 12 month clock will be reset. Look for VIPs who are within their 12 months after joining and encourage them to get to their Customer 500. VIPs with more than $500 in accumulated purchases during the last 12 months will autoupgrade to Customer 500. After auto-upgrading to a Customer 500, when they purchase $125 they will receive either 5% or 10% discount off Customer Price at checkout depending whether they purchase more than or less than $125 Customer Price. In the Future: All Customers (old or new SRs) that accumulate $500 within the current 12 months, will auto upgrade to Customer 500 regardless of when they joined. Auto-Upgrading - counting as a New Customer 500 March 1: Current VIPs, whom you have personally sponsored, with $500 accumulated purchases within the last 12 months and auto-upgrades March 1, will count as a New Customer 500 for March! Prepare for March! In the Future: All Customers, whom we have personally sponsored, who auto upgrade will count as New Customer 500s the month that they auto upgrade, even if they originally joined more than one, two, or three etc. years ago. No time limit. $ Management Page in the Business Center: Will tell you how much a Customer has accumulated in the past 12 months. No More SV Transfers: Direct sales and SV Transfers from December 2010 on will not count toward Customer 500 auto-upgrade. (November Business Update) Current Travel Incentive Fund: June 2010 May 2011 Sponsor 6 IBO by May 31 Qualify with $3,000 6 months (minimum) Qualify with $3,000 April June (13 th month) New Plan starts June 1, 2011 (overlaps l month-june) Inactive Business Leaders: No monthly requirem ent, any month they qualify they receive their Business Leader income. Upline leader is paid on their group SV regardless of qualification Tax Report: 5% IBO Bonus received at checkout for purchases of over $100 at IBO$, will not be reported on 1099 unless it is received in your check due to placing the order on the phone. 02/06/2011 Page 8 of 8
