5 Definitions & General Terms AFFILIATE PARTNER A person who signed up for Affiliate Program to promote ecommerce website and invite customers to company s shopping portal by using their affiliate link. You can invite unlimited customers and and it does not allow you to introduce new promoters. ACTIVE PROMOTER - An Active Promoter has minimum 20 Personal Qualification Volume (PQV) or 10 CV in retail sales per month. INACTIVE PROMOTER - A Promoter does not reach the minimum of 20 PQV or 10 CV in retail sales per month. 1G FIRST GENERATION Your first generation 2G SECOND GENERATION Your second generation 3G THIRD GENERATION Your third generation WEEKLY PAY CYCLE - The Weekly Pay Cycle runs Friday through Thursday night at midnight Time. Weekly commissions and bonuses are paid on the Monday following the end of the pay cycle. MONTHLY PAY CYCLE - Monthly commissions and bonuses are paid out on the 15th of the month based on the previous month s production COMMISSION VOLUME CV is based on the purchases made by your referred registered customers from company s ecommerce website. Help your customers use Company Shopping Portal to purchase products. CALCULATION OF INCENTIVE ON DIFFERENCE BASIS Net Sales Incentive of a Direct Seller is calculated by deducting Sales Incentive of down line group from Sales Incentive of total group. This can be termed as calculation on difference basis. The Sales Incentive relates to the Direct Seller who becomes disqualified for any reason for Sales Incentive, shall not be excluded for calculate of Sales Incentive payable to other Direct Sellers on difference basis..

The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similar to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchases.
