2 Dear Vendor: Each year, A/CAPA (Attendance/Child Accounting Professional Association) holds an annual 3-day conference in Hershey, PA. For the past few years as part of the evening entertainment, we have provided a marketplace for our members by inviting and hosting local direct sales consultants to display, sell and take orders for their specific items. The Christmas Village is held on Monday, October 29 from 6:30-9:30 pm at the Hotel Hershey. Note the change in the day of the week from previous years! We pushed the shopping start time back 30 minutes to allow additional set up time. As an added benefit to the vendors, we have received permission to invite outside guests to shop. This means that you will be able to invite your clients, friends, and family to shop! The cost is $35 for a table and a donated raffle basket with a value of at least $25. This basket will be raffled off the following evening at our member reception. Proceeds of the raffle support A/CAPA's Kitty McGuigan Memorial Scholarship, which annually awards a $1,000 college scholarship to an active member's child. Interested vendors should complete the attached registration form and return to Carol Tamney as shown on the bottom of the registration form. If you know of any other vendors who may be interested, please forward this packet to them or their info to Diane (szaderdi@wallenpaupack.org) or Facebook ( diane.szader) the information to Diane so that she may send them a packet. We will be doing things a bit differently this year. When we receive your registration form you will receive a confirmation which will include a map of the table placements and the opportunity to choose your table location. This makes it very important to get your registration form and payment in quickly! All payments must be received by October 15th. After we receive your registration, you will be ed the official Christmas Village flyer to print, post, and share. Extra tables can be requested for $75 each) Table Shape Preference Round or Rectangle: (NOTE: Preference is not guaranteed, but we will try our best to meet your request) Number of Extension Cords Required: ($5 per cord) Please note that tables will be assigned on a first come, first choice basis. When payment is received, you will be assigned a number indicating the order in which your payment was received. Number one will receive first choice of table location, number two second choice, and so on. 4 General Information Payment Full payment must be received by October 15th in order to participate in the Christmas Village. Once payment is received, you will be given a number indicating the order in which your payment was received. Space assignment choices will be offered in that order. Schedule Set Up: Monday, 5:15 pm Shopping open: 6:30pm to 9:30 pm Arrival Enter through the main lobby. Christmas Village will be on the conference level of the Hotel. When you arrive, an A/CAPA board member will show you to your table. An A/CAPA board member will collect your raffle basket just prior to shopping start time.
