8 marketing solutions on your wavelength MEDIA PLANNER 208 Entry to the spectroscopynow.com Supplier Directory is freely available on request to all relevant companies and has been re-developed to include several new free-of-charge features for suppliers. The Supplier Directory The supplier directory now includes two new lead-generative capabilities: All users who view the details of a supplier can initially choose to allow their registered profile fields to be automatically passed on to that supplier. Once this choice has been made, there is an additional, prominent messaging system allowing users to leave more detailed contact requests. Both the automatic contact profile details and the more detailed messages can be accessed by a supplier, by securely logging into the new administration area for their entries. The same administration area can be used by suppliers to edit their Supplier Directory details and to enable them to view the number of times their details have been accessed. Microsites Suppliers can now upgrade to a premium Supplier Directory entry by including a microsite. Microsites automatically gather all content tagged to a particular supplier into a single area: webinars, videos, application notes, news and any preferred RSS feed. As microsites have friendly web addresses these can be shared easily. Each microsite contains an introduction area at the top, which can be edited by a supplier by logging into their administration area. Should a supplier wish to add this microsite facility to their Supplier Directory entry then this will include up to 0 free of charge application notes uploads.
