The welcme receptin spnsr may prvide a small giveaway item fr receptin attendees. Any giveaway item must be pre-apprved by the Business Grup prir t rdering. During the dinner, an pening welcme address and a keynte presentatin will be given. The dinner is always a highlight and sets the stage fr the general sessin prtin f the cnference. The pening dinner spnsr will be recgnized fr their spnsrship during pening cmments at the dinner. The spnsring cmpany s lg will be displayed n the main-stage presentatin screens when attendees enter the pening dinner ballrm. It will als be displayed during pening cmments recgnizing the spnsr s supprt f the dinner. AFTER DINNER NETWORKING LOUNGE MARCH 29 (SOLD) Offered fr the first time at BHA 2016, the after dinner netwrking lunge prvides an infrmal pprtunity fr attendees t gather after the pening dinner and keynte address. Attendees enjy the pprtunity t netwrk and relax in a lunge-like atmsphere t sip a ccktail r try ut specialty espress drinks while listening t music. The after dinner netwrking lunge spnsr may prvide a small giveaway item fr receptin attendees. Any giveaway item must be pre-apprved by the Business Grup prir t rdering. The lunchen spnsr will be recgnized fr their spnsrship during pening cmments at the lunchen. It will als be displayed during pening cmments recgnizing the spnsr s supprt f the lunchen. The lw-key gettgether prvides a relaxing frmat fr spnsrs t get t knw new attendees and meet with current clients. The Netwrking Receptin spnsr may prvide a small giveaway item fr receptin attendees. The giveaway item shuld be rdered by the spnsr and will be an additinal cst t the spnsr cmpany. Any giveaway item must be pre-apprved by the Business Grup prir t rdering. ADDITIONAL RECEPTION INFORMATION: All registered attendees will be able t attend these events (welcme receptin, after dinner netwrking lunge, netwrking receptin). Menus and minr decratins will be designed, determined and apprved by the Business Grup and its cnference cnsulting firm. Additinal decratins may be prvided by the receptin spnsr. Any csts incurred fr additinal decratins will be paid fr separately by the receptin spnsr. Any additinal decratin f the receptin site must be pre-apprved by the Business Grup and its cnference cnsulting firm. Any advertisements and invitatins fr these events (welcme receptin, after dinner netwrking lunge, netwrking receptin) will be delivered by the Business Grup as part f its Business Health Agenda messaging campaign. The receptin spnsrs will be prhibited frm sending any additinal r individual messaging fr these events. 5

6 CONFERENCE WEBSITE (SOLD) The cnference website is a highly visible spnsrship. The website is cnstantly visited by ptential and registered cnference attendees and will feature cnference infrmatin, including event registratin, htel details, agenda cntent, and spnsrship pprtunities. As the exclusive cnference website spnsr, yur cmpany will be recgnized n the cnference site hmepage. Recgnitin will include yur full cmpany name and lg embedded with a link t yur cmpany s website. Yur website link must be preapprved by the Business Grup. The Business Grup will design and maintain full cntrl f all website cntent and material displayed. CONFERENCE APP (SOLD) Help attendees find cnference infrmatin right at their fingertips! The cnference app will be the ne-stp, electrnic surce fr attendees t access event infrmatin at all times. The cnference app will feature event prgram details, including speaker bis, sessin infrmatin, and event spnsrs. The app will als prvide push ntificatins t attendees regarding netwrking events and general sessins. The app spnsr s lg will be featured in the design f the app s menu screen. The app spnsr will als have a special sectin f the app dedicated t their cmpany infrmatin. The app spnsr will be recgnized thrugh the use f their lg n all applicable event signage. WI-FI ACCESS (SOLD) Cnference attendees must be cnnected at all times. The spnsr cmpany s name will be used t create the access cde fr attendees t cnnect t the Wi-Fi service. When they access Wi-Fi in the meeting space, yur cmpany lg will appear as the spnsr f this service. The spnsr will als be recgnized n all applicable event signage and infrmatinal material given t each attendee in their cnference bag and/r bk (bth separately spnsred cnference items). SOCIAL MEDIA WALL Cntribute t the cnversatin abut the cnference by spnsring the scial media wall. The scial media wall is a cmbinatin f LCD screens that cnfigure int ne large wall. The wall will be available at the cnference site thrughut the entire event (March 29-31) and will display live tweets abut netwrking activities, sessin cntent and event speakers. The spnsr s lg will be incrprated int structural signage and hlding screen displays. The spnsr will be recgnized as such thrugh the use f their lg n all applicable event signage. 6

7 INTERNET CAFÉ / BUSINESS LOUNGE (SOLD) What d attendees need at every cnference? They need space t dwnlad/print presentatins and dcuments n-demand. The internet café/business lunge will fulfill that need fr cnference attendees. As the internet café spnsr, yur lg will be included in structural signage and n the hme screens f lunge cmputer statins. When attendees use the lunge cmputers t access the internet, they will be brught t yur cmpany s landing page. The internet café will be available fr attendees t use thrughut the cnference t check s, print attendee lists and dwnlad cnference presentatins. REUSABLE CONFERENCE TOTE (SOLD) Give yur cmpany lg maximum visibility by spnsring the cnference bag fr attendees t use and carry. Distributed at registratin, the bag will cntain the cnference bk and fficial cnference gift (bth separately spnsred cnference items) as well as any materials relating t the cnference. A Business Grup-appinted designer will create the bag design. The branded cnference design will be placed n the frnt f the bag while the cnference bag spnsr s lg will be placed n the back. The spnsr cmpany may prvide a piece f cllateral material as an insert t be placed in the cnference bag. Any cllateral item must be pre-apprved by the Business Grup prir t rdering/creatin. Cllateral item images, design prfs and/r written descriptins must be submitted t the Business Grup by January 30 fr preapprval. The spnsr is respnsible fr rdering the cllateral item, including the cst f the item. QUICK CHARGING STATIONS The charging statin spnsrship ffers a universal quick charging statin which will be placed strategically at the cnference site. The charging statin is where attendees can keep their electrnic devices charged and ready t g at all times. The spnsring cmpany s lg will be placed n statin signage using cnference-apprved graphics. CONFERENCE SESSION STANDING TABLES (SOLD) Spnsr this year s cnference sessin standing tables and spread brand awareness at every sessin withut speaking a wrd. Standing tables will be placed in the back f the general sessin and breakut rms t help prmte healthy activity and prvide attendees with an active wrkspace while they attend sessins. As the spnsr, yur lg will be included n each standing table. Yu will als be nted as the standing table spnsr in all applicable signage. These standing tables and yur cmpany lg will be ne f the first things that attendees see when entering the cnference rms. 7

8 GRAND PRIZE DRAWING (SOLD) The grand prize drawing will take place after the last sessin f the cnference n March 31. The prize will be handed ut by a representative f the spnsring cmpany frm the main stage. The spnsrship will be highlighted and cntinuusly annunced thrughut the cnference with a sign and tumbler, referencing the award, available near the general sessin ballrm. The spnsr will als receive recgnitin n the cnference badge which cntains the grand prize raffle ticket. Past grand prizes have included American Express gift cards. As the grand prize drawing spnsr, yu may prvide a special grand prize at an additinal, separate cst t yur cmpany. If yu shuld chse t prvide a special grand prize, the item must t be pre-apprved by the Business Grup. Past spnsrs have prvided G Pr Cameras and ipads as special grand prizes. CONFERENCE GIVEAWAY (SOLD) The gift item r giveaway that attendees will receive will be determined by the spnsr in cnjunctin with the Business Grup (i.e., flash drive, umbrella, r pen). All attendees will receive this item inside their cnference bag( (a separately spnsred cnference item). The spnsring cmpany s lg and the Business Grup s lg will bth be part f the design and printed n the item (exact lcatin t be determined). DC MONUMENTS 5K RUN/WALK MARCH 30 (SOLD) The scenic DC Mnuments 5K Run/Walk will start and end at the JW Marritt Htel n March 30. Bth the spnsr and Business Grup s lgs will be featured n a cmmemrative T- shirt handed ut t all participants. The Business Grup will design the T-shirt using a Business Grup-appinted designer and graphics. The cnference spnsr will be able t review and cntribute t the T-shirt design; hwever, the final design is subject t Business Grup apprval. The Business Grup will secure event staff t lead 5K participants in walking, jgging r running grups. The spnsr will be recgnized fr their spnsrship thrugh the use f their cmpany lg n all applicable event signage. A Business Grup representative will thank the spnsr befre the start f the 5K and a representative f the spnsring cmpany will be able t make brief, welcming cmments befre the start f the event. 8

9 FITNESS SESSION (SOLD) The Business Grup will ffer a mrning fitness sessin as ne f the tw wellness activities scheduled fr the mrning f March 30. The sessin can be Zumba, Pilates, High Intensity Interval Training r Yga. Participatin will be limited t the first 40 attendees t sign up during the cnference registratin prcess. The spnsr lg will be included in all sessin signage. The Business Grup will secure event staff t lead the sessin. A Business Grup representative will thank the spnsr befre the start f the sessin and a representative f the spnsr cmpany will be able t make brief, welcming cmments befre the beginning f the sessin. BREAKFAST SERVICE Receive recgnitin as the exclusive spnsr fr all cnference breakfasts. This ffering includes breakfasts n March 30 and 31 that prvide a variety f healthy fd ptins t help attendees start their day ff right. The breakfast service spnsr s cmpany name and lg will be used in signs identifying the spnsr. Signs will be placed strategically near buffet statins t prvide maximum acknwledgement. The Business Grup will select the breakfast service menu items. The spnsring cmpany may prvide input and ffer recipes fr inclusin in the menu; hwever, the Business Grup has final apprval n all menu items. SEE-YOU-SOON BOXED LUNCH A bxed lunch will be prvided t attendees at the end f the final cnference sessin n March 31. The bxed lunch spnsr will be acknwledged frm the main stage during clsing cnference cmments. In additin, the spnsring cmpany s lg will be used in signs identifying the spnsrship. Signs will be placed strategically near meal service areas. The Business Grup will select what fd items that will g in the bxed lunch. The spnsring cmpany may prvide input and ffer recipes fr inclusin in the menu; hwever, the Business Grup has final apprval n all menu items. HEALTHY REFRESHMENT BREAKS (SOLD) Attendees value cffee and a chance t grab a quick, healthy snack between sessins. As the exclusive netwrking break spnsr, yur cmpany will prvide cntinuus cffee and tea service thrughut the cnference and snacks between sessins. Breaks will ccur in the mrning and afternn. The spnsring cmpany s lg will be used in signs identifying the spnsrship. Signs will be placed strategically near break service areas. 9
