2 Support & Trade At The 2017 Euros The large scale racers of Great Brittan look forward to welcoming the attendees, traders and supporters of the 2017 Large Scale Off Road European Championship to the Nene Valley Raceway Off Road Model Car Club. The Nene Valley Raceway Off Road Model Car Club was selected by the British Radio Car Association (BRCA) and the European Federation of Radio Operated Model Automobiles (EFRA) to host the 2017 large scale off road European championship on its site in Northamptonshire which is centrally located within the UK. Up to 150 of the best European drivers from 15 different nations will be competing in three classes for 6 days on the Nene s astroturf circuit for the title of 2017 European champion. We have a number of ways in which you can show your support to the meeting attendees. 3 possible ways to show your support : 1. Banners, billboards & flags around the track, in the paddock, around the venue 2. Advertising on the rostrum front, rear and end faces are available 3. Any publicity or marketing, stickers etc. you wish to provide will also be placed in the drivers welcome pack too. Page 2 of 8

3 1. Banners around the track and its access road We will place your banners or billboards around the track and along the access road to the track. These sites will have a maximum height of 0.90 m. Areas 1 to 4 are visible to all pass holders and the general, area 5 will be visible to pass holders only (drivers, mechanics, teams managers, VIP, media, stewards). Areas 1, 2 and 3 will be visible during the video transmission along with rostrum placement trackside, it is also possible to place your self-adhesive logos and text on to the Nene s anked o ne t a kside safety a ie hi h ill e isi le in all videos and photographs, maximum letter height of 26cm. Area 1 (yellow) is suitable for the placement of teardrop flags; Area 2 (blue) is suitable for the placement of text & logos on catch barrier; Area 3 (red) is suitable for the placement of banners; Area 4 (orange) is suitable for the placement of banners; Area 5 (green) is suitable for the placement of banners & teardrop flags; Fees for the week: Banners\Billboards (Areas 3, 4, 5 ) All areas: 100 incl. We offer several advertising spaces on the rostrum. The award ceremony and the presentation of the national teams during the opening ceremony will be made in front of this podium. 5 3. Sponsors Village We suggest that you install your tents or light structures in the sponsors' village. The village is a meeting place for the drivers, mechanics and partners. It will be accessible only by the holders of a pass. The service includes: the provision of an area of 16 m² to install your structure provision of a traders pass #2, for an additional fee a traders pass #3 & #4 can be purchased placement of your banner (up to 0.9m by 3m) trackside or within the village 2 event passes the site will be secured at nights from 24 th till 29 th July (morning) 230 v electricity supply (at additional cost) Rent for the week: rental of space : 250 incl. tax 240 v electricity : 100 incl. tax deposit on booking : 150 incl. tax Using a private generator in the sponsors village is prohibited. 6 4. Traders Pass All traders will be required to purchase a trade pass to enable them to trade during the Euros week. Trade passes entitle the trader to market their goods anywhere within the event site, these passes are priced in accordance to the anticipated associated largescale brands you may sell. Traders pass #1 single largescale associated brand. 50 Traders pass #2 up to 3 largescale associated brands 100 Traders pass #3 up to 5 largescale associated brands 150 Traders pass #4 over 5 largescale associated brands 200 Anyone found trading without a pass will be subjected to a 500 penalty and if not paid ejected from the venue. 5. Bespoke Packages The organisers will work with any potential supporter to provide the most cost effective options and is willing to tailor bespoke packages to meet their requirements. For example, A 1000 package could include the placing of 8 banners around the event and 4 teardrop flags. Page 6 of 8

7 6. Terms & Conditions The rental period runs from 24 th until 29 th July Stands can be installed from 22 nd July, Rental sites must be cleared by the evening of 29 th July. The site will be secured at nights from July 24 th till 29 th July. From 10pm to 7am the next day, no access will be permitted to the village. All logos used to advertise your support of the event must be supplied in jpeg format with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi. Our sponsorship agreement will take the form of a contract signed in duplicate. One copy signed by us will be returned to you. The payment must be made in GBP either cheque drawn on a British bank to the order of BRCA LSOR, or by bank transfer to the account of the BRCA LSOR section.
