The upcoming November conference is themed around optimism for the future, and that s because we re optimistic! This industry is filled with people who are creative, passionate, and enthusiastic. We re optimistic because we see the power in rallying around the shared purpose of bettering associations. Our goal is for attendees to walk away with enthusiasm to innovate within their own associations, and the tangible resources to do so. We see industry partners as a crucial piece to this puzzle, because you re creating solutions that are pushing the industry forward. Among other things, the conference is an opportunity for us to facilitate new vendor relationships, and we would love to talk to you about what introducing your solution to our audience can look like. 3 Event Characteristics That Shape Attendance and Engagement Attendance is absolutely free, and there is no upper limit on the number of people. The sessions are crafted around solutions to identified pain points of our audience. At the last SURGE conference, we asked the question: what organizational problem keeps you up at night? on the registration form, so we are incredibly in touch with their needs and build out our programming accordingly. The event is community driven. Our volunteer team of association professionals guides the direction of the event, and enhances it with their ideas and insights. We are both a CAE and CE approved provider, so sessions are worth credit to attendees who join live. This further increases attendance. SURGE creates the unique opportunity for multiple staff members to participate simultaneously, making the messages stickier.
