2 Invitation The 2018 Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand SA/NT Sec on mee ng will be held at the Adelaide Medical School on North Terrace in Adelaide. The Mee ng will commence with a Registrar Training session on the Friday followed by a two day Scien fic Mee ng for USANZ Members & Registrars, Fellows, Researchers and allied health professionals on the Saturday & Sunday. The Industry Exhibi on will be held in the large foyer of the Medical School. The Mee ng dinner will be held on the Saturday night at Electra House and will offer another opportunity to industry representa ves to interact informally with delegates. 8 Confirming your Sponsorship Confirma on of your sponsorship by 30 June, 2018 will increase your exposure on the conference website and in the forthcoming promo onal campaign including announcements and broadcasts. To confirm your sponsorship, please complete the online booking form h ps://usanz.eventsair.com/usanz sasec on mee ng 2018/usanz sa 2018 Terms and Conditions All prices quoted in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST; Publicity and benefits can only proceed when Confirma on of Sponsorship has been received, a tax invoice issued and payment received; Registra on of company a endees will be done separately upon confirma on of your sponsorship. All exhibi on staff (complimentary or otherwise) must be registered; Exhibi on space and sponsors packages will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of applica on form and payment; No private func ons separate to Sec on Mee ng are allowed; You will be responsible for any reasonable costs of repairing the premises should any damage be caused to the display structure or surrounding space; Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance cover in connec on with their a endance at the conference, including loss, the & liability. USANZ, NC Events and the Adelaide Hills Conven on Centre can not be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property; You must hold a current broadform liability insurance policy for a minimum of AUD10,000,000. A request for the name of your insurer, your policy number and its renewal date will be issued. This informa on will be required prior to the conference commencing; The extent of acknowledgement of the sponsor should be commensurate with the level of sponsorship (monies, goods or services) received, and as outlined in the sponsorship proposal; Sponsorship exclusivity of an event or ac vity, unless otherwise stated in the sponsor proposal is not guaranteed. Cancella on made prior to Friday 20th September 2018 will be refunded less 50% of the total purchase price. 100% cancella on fee applies for any sponsorship cancelled a er Friday 20th September, Non payment of the sponsorship invoice does not cancel your contractual obliga ons. Non payment of cancella on charges may result in inability to exhibit at future events.
