4 NEVER ALONE AND NEVER CAPTIVE Where can an insurance agent or financial advisor be the most successful? You have one life to live and the career path you choose may ultimately determine both your success and happiness. Option #1 - Independent Agent The clear benefit of being an independent agent is the fact that you may be able to receive 100% of your commissions and are able to choose which products you provide. Obviously the downsides include: limited access to carriers, production requirements, limited visibility, unprofessional marketing, unreliable back office support and the lack of a defined marketing platform. And overall, the biggest limitation of an independent agent is time. Our technology platform ensures that you have the ability to either request a quote from our experienced team, or run your own quotes in real time. And, you ll find our case management is second to none in the industry, so you can stay focused on new sales while we handle your pending cases. Health and Medicare Insurance RetireCo provides access to the top national health insurance carriers and a selection of both regional and local carriers and qualified health plans. Our experienced team support our agents with the sale of on and off exchange individual health insurance, group health insurance, ancillary/supplemental products and medicare products. Our simple to use online quoting tools, vast carrier access and dedicated support team ensure that you can deliver the best rates across all product lines year-after-year. Property and Casualty Insurance RetireCo provides access to over one hundred carriers for personal and commercial lines for individuals, families and business clientele through our strategic partner, InsureZone. Our agents have the option of being aligned with our property and casualty division in a number of ways: a) Non-Licensed or inexperienced agents will be provided with a customized webpage and dedicated URL for online P&C insurance referrals. b) New and inexperienced agents have the option to participate in our assisted sales platform, with a case manager and underwriter actually submitting bind requests. c) And, experienced licensed agents will have full access to dozens of carriers and markets, with the ability to quote and bind through a dedicated dashboard while owning their own book of business. Experienced agents can also maintain existing carrier contracts, compensation levels and roll books on a carrier-by-carrier basis. Proprietary Products and Services Our agents have access to several proprietary products that compliment their clients insurance needs. Most recently we have added two new products to address estate planning and privacy. Our Living Trust product is an affordable estate planning tool that is created for your clients by our experienced in-house legal team. Each agent s free web page features a brief biography, full contact information, social media links, a high resolution logo, list of product offerings and contact form. Optional upgrades include: dedicated IT consultation, registration and custom RetireCo domain name, direct-to-consumer sales portals and more. Customized niche landing pages and special project development are also available upon request. Phone Line All of our agents have the option of using a dedicated four digit extension on our toll free line. By utilizing this phone line, our reps have a professional greeting as well as visibility in our telephone name directory and search options. This extension will link to any local phone number selected by the agent allowing for instant call forwarding and voic playback. Premium Packages are available including: Voic Notification via SMS Text Message, Customizable Greeting, Customized On-Hold Music, Additional Number Forwarding and Features. Professional Voice Actor recordings are also available upon request. Contact Management Each agent receives a free contact management tool (CRM) in their agent dashboard to import contacts and manage the entire client lifecycle. Throughout the year, RetireCo provides our agents with a variety of content and media that can be shared utilizing automated solutions. These tools integrate seamlessly with our quoting, case management and communications platforms. Agents are able to upgrade their outbound e-communications to include Professional Facebook pages and fully automated social media content, newsletters, mass media press release distribution and more. Google Enterprise Suite The majority of our agents leverage our RetireCo branding to the fullest by adding our Google Enterprise Suite of online services. 18 EXIT STRATEGY Defined Strategy RetireCo employs a unique exit strategy that makes partnering with RetireCo desirable even to those agents that are nearing retirement. Most insurance agents will admit that they do not have a defined exit strategy in place and they realize their book of business is not worth anywhere near what they would like to receive for it.
