CONTRACT TERM Visit Califrnia generally cntracts fr these services annually. 3. SCOPE OF WORK Please base yur bids n the fllwing Scpe f Wrk and key activities. Scial Strategy Prvide verall guidance and recmmendatins n scial strategy: POVs n new and emerging platfrms, changes in scial sphere, recmmendatins and best practices fr advancement; Ideatin f scial campaigns: cllabratin with ther agency partners fr develping, executing, and reprting n campaign initiatives; In-depth analysis and recmmendatins n and best practices fr next step n results frm reprting; Optimizing real-time cntent pprtunities; VISIT CALIFORNIA SOCIAL STRATEGY RFB Page 2 f 5 04/23/2018

3 Prviding guidance and strategy fr mderatin as it pertains t the VCA brand vice and tne; and Identify latest scial media trends and insights t best adapt and psitin VCA as a key leader. Accunt Management: Cntent Creatin Attend VCA meetings in-persn n average f 2 days per week r 8 hurs. Curating cntent fr publishing n scial media; Optimizing cntent fr scial publishing; Identify key influencers wrking with VCA and cultivate thse relatinships as VCA brand; Identify latest scial media trends and insights t best adapt and psitin VCA as a key leader; and Create at least nine psts per day. Reprting Scial listening tl t meet bjectives; Channel analytics and ptimizatins, and market-specific research reprts generated mnthly, and fur reprts generated as per Visit Califrnia Specificatins: Scial update in Internatinal Markets (Weekly). Detailed reprt n all US scial channels (Mnthly). Bard Meeting Reprts (Quarterly). Campaign reprts (Quarterly). Prvide in-depth analysis n current status r perfrmance f markets and scial channels; and Prvide recmmendatins n key learnings, imprvements, and best practices mving frward. 4.
