1 Pre-Pack Ordering This tutorial will assist you in navigating through the website designated for driver helper pre-pack orders. You may access the site via a link positioned on the corporate uniform web page ( Or you can type the address in the URL bar of your internet browser - Users will log in with user friendly logins & passwords Users will be able to log in and begin placing orders on 8/30/17 1

2 The Pre-Pack concept! We know you will be ordering uniforms for helpers. However, what if you had a head start with uniforms in your possession, prior to the helpers start date? That s the convenient concept. UPS provided TWIN HILL with the amount of helpers each center plans to hire for the entire peak season. Based on those numbers, TWIN HILL came up with a reasonable, budget cautious formula. On this site, centers will order 80% of helper uniforms broken up in two orders & ships (40% in September, 40% in October). There is no need to calculate any numbers. It s all figured out for you. After October, if the remaining 20% is needed, coordinators can work with the center supervisors. Orders can be placed through the regular corporate uniform site. The same applies for sizes not listed on the pre-pack site. Pre-Pack ordering is a simple four step process. LET S BEGIN! 2

4 Click here to Sign In. To the right you will see your ordering windows and the dates orders are planned to ship out. Order your Peak Season Pre-Pack Helper Uniforms Here! 5 All HR Coordinators will be ed the username and password. If you don t recall receiving one, please contact TWINHILL via the number below. 5

6 If you ve successfully signed in, you will see additional links on the page My Centers and Returns (to be covered later). Click on My Centers. Order your Peak Season Pre-Pack Helper Uniforms Here! 7 Step 1: Here is where you choose a center to place your first order. Please read the notes indicated with asterisks. Keep in mind you will have a chance to modify the order until you ve finalized it, before the end date. Let s choose a center that doesn t have a saved order (no asterisks). 7

8 You can confirm you ve chosen the correct center by viewing the details. Let s proceed to Step 2. 8

9 At this point you are choosing your garment selection based on your climate. What if you ve made a choice and hit CONTINUE, then realized you need to change it? The next page allows you to clear your option and start over. 9

10 Let s break up the next page in several parts. Here is the center name and contact information for the HR Coordinator. The Helpers Hired and Projection numbers are simply reference data. This is the maximum number of units allowed per garment. 10

11 Clicking this CLEAR button allows you to reset your garment choices. Note: the amount defaults to zero to prevent centers from receiving un-needed Knit Caps. If you truly need them, key in your numbers. 11

12 Now, let s move to the trousers and pullovers. You have the option to change any quantities. However, you cannot exceed the maximum amount. Again, you can change your garment selection here. You can update your quantities to get a new view of your order. If you are confident you are done, click here to save the order. 12

13 If you ve exceeded the maximum units allowed, and attempted to UPDATE QUANTITIES, SAVE PRE-ORDER, or SUBMIT you will receive an error message as below. You must change your quantities before proceeding. 13

14 Once you SAVE the preorder, a pop up window appears telling you this is your last opportunity to change your garment selection. However, you will still have the option to modify your quantities after clicking on REVIEW/APPROVE ORDER. Additionally, if you prefer to approve your saved pre-order later you can click on RETURN TO MY CENTERS to start a new order. 14

15 Go to Step 3, another opportunity to modify your order before finally submitting. 15

16 Please choose your Ship-To Center, even if it s the same as your Bill-To center. When a Ship-To center is not selected and you attempted to save/submit the order, you will get this error message. 16

17 More safe guards! You are confident the order is complete and ready to SUBMIT a final message appears, advising that you will not be able to make changes if you click OK. 17

18 Once submitted, you can proceed to placing another center order, or view your order history. Clicking on VIEW ORDER HISTORY takes you to STEP 4. 18

19 Order History! Amounts will remain as $0.00 Order Status: In Process means it has not shipped. When it goes out this field will say Shipped. Then you can click on the link to get the tracking number. Clicking the order number gets you the details. New Search takes you to the My Centers page. Back takes you to the previous screen. 19

20 Here are the details of your order. You have successfully completed the 4 Step process for Pre-Packs! Proceed to the next page for more topics. 20

21 RETURNS! RETURNS! RETURNS! During peak season it s important to hold all returns until the season is over. You may unexpectedly need these garments before peak is over. UPS Corporate will send out communications of the dates you can start returning goods as well as more peak details. When it s time to send your returns in 2017, please follow the standard protocol. USED goods are separated from NEW goods. This helps centers receive credits sooner, as the warehouse will process the NEW returns first. Mark your boxes clearly and boldly, New or USED. Additionally, we have added an option on this Pre-Pack site to document what you expect to return. Next page 21

23 From this page you will be able to key in NEW & USED Returns as well as the Tracking Numbers. We will provide additional training in the latter part of peak on how to use this page, if needed. 23

24 ARMBANDS! In 2015 TWIN HILL introduced new pullovers with wider reflectors on the sleeves and the body of the garment. As a supplement to the pullovers with older reflectors, you can order reflective armbands to go around the sleeves of the pullover. Armbands can be ordered on the regular corporate uniform site under Specialty Items. They are packaged in boxes of 24 units, which is 12 pairs for 12 helpers. They come in 3 sizes in length: Med. 15, Lrg. 17, and Xlrg. 19 The 15 fits the XSmall Pullover; the 17 fits Small to Medium Pullovers, and the 19 fits all other larger sizes. 24
