2 Qualitative services Respondent recruitment For face-to-face and telephone depth interviews, usability testing, focus groups, workshops and remote techniques. Screener design services. Sample provision from reputable databases such as Sample Answers. Fast turnaround using our established tool-kit of typical screening criteria and a consistent pool of recruiters in throughout the UK. Venue and logistics We are happy to arrange all logistics including venue hire, hostess booking, venue payment and respondent incentives. We also have our own Central London viewing facility, Holborn Focus, which we can access at preferential rates. The high quality facilities include three studios and a usability lab. Access to over 500 freelance moderators with a mix of different specialisms We can provide a number of documentations to update you on the project, these can be company branded so you can share with your client.

3 Our approach to recruitment Our dedicated project managers have years of experience in qualitative research. Our projects are efficient, organised, delivered on time and with full validation and confirmation. We offer a number of different recruitment methods, including Our nationwide network of trained qualitative recruiters Recruiting on street, at relevant designated areas In-home recruitment (client supplied or purchased sample) Desk research or social media We ensure all our interviewers and recruiters are well trained and monitored. Field staff are regularly validated; group recruiters are validated on every project. We speak to all respondents before participation in qualitative research to test eligibility. These validations form part of our system of continuous appraisal, ensuring that our staff meet our requirements and industry developments.

4 Recent success stories Finance Customer UX we conduct weekly usability testing in labs with large financial institution, 2-3 projects a week Testing new products/ website testing. 12 respondents, plus one over recruit (floater), spread of ages, genders and SEG, across savings, investments, current accounts, credit cards etc. A large consumer study launching a new product 8 Focus Groups (10 respondents in each); groups of children, groups of mums, group of dads, split across ages and SEG with inclusion of attitudinal statements to formulate quotas. A large, multi-market project about boutique hotels London, Paris and Brussels, 5 groups per market, all respondents were required to have stayed in ultraupmarket boutique / lifestyle hotels, a mix of gender, age, SEG, life-stage, income, business and leisure travel etc. in each group.

We are IQCS and ISO regulated and all projects comply with ISO 20252:2006. Perspective s collection, analysis and reporting services include F2F, CATI, online, mystery shopping, qualitative recruitment, viewing facilities, DP, advanced analytics, online reporting dashboards and more.

8 Security We recognise the importance of stringent quality and security procedures, particularly when working with clients in highly regulated industries. Perspective Research Services complies with ISO 20252, the recognised international quality standard for market research, and all projects are carried out in accordance with this standard. Adherence to the standard is independently audited twice per year. Furthermore, we are an MRS Company Partner, which means all our employees adhere to a Quality Commitment and the MRS Code of Conduct. All respondent recruitment is conducted in accordance with the Interviewer Quality Control Scheme (IQCS). We have a formalised Information Security Management Policy, comprising all security-related aspects that the Company enforces for all employees. The Policy is written in accordance with the Data Protection Act and ISO and a full copy can be made available upon request.
