Making it hard for customers to make an informed decision. As part of one of our own initiatives we developed a comparison website for credit cards and personal loans. Pilih Pintar distinguished by offering an Artificial Intelligence based algorithm to calculate the best credit card for each individual user. This algorithm used data from all the credit cards available in Indonesia and all their promotions. 7 LOOKALONG LIVE VIDEO ASSISTANCE FROM A DISTANCE START UP We believe that in the connected world, live video assistance from other people will be an indispensable tool. Wouldn t it be awesome if there is always somebody around to take a minute for you? Someone to show you your next holiday destination or to give some advice while cooking that new recipe. With lookalong, a start-up we developed in-house from scratch, you can get instant contact with guides, teachers, coaches and experts around the world. And expertise is valuable, but also risky. Why pay an hourly rate? That s why in lookalong you pay minute. Together with the directors, Mindd laid down a radical strategic change in order to prepare the company for the future from the ground op. Everything done acting like a start-up, instead of a bureaucratic corporate company. The new Kijkshop is a people 2 people platform where consumers can video-call other consumers for real advice on products. And when advice leads to sale, the advisor gets 5% commission. Phase 2 will allow any consumer to directly sell to another consumer via the platform daily site users, 6000 app downloads in first week, 600 advisors in first week. 1M euro crowdfunding Strategy deck, investment deck, company culture deck, crowdfunding campaign, monthly marketing campaigns, new supplier agreements, new omni-channel software, new website, new app The owners - investors adopted a radical change in their strategy due to our advice and guidance, the whole company is revitalized.

9 LG LG CAPTURE OPTIMISM BRAND CAMPAIGN We asked ourselves, What if LG went social? According to popular opinion, LG s G4 SmartPhone in 2015, is equipped with the best camera ever on a SmartPhone. This allows almost everyone to take the most amazing pictures. What if, we wondered, LG Benelux organized a photo competition encouraging the LG G4 to focus on things that really matter. Subjects with social character. We had an idea to do create something that would make a positive contribution to both business and to society. LG implemented the idea and created the Capture Optimism competition, to become one of the first electronics giants to run such a campaign with a social character Projects with a social character brought under the attention of visitors. Earned media of 17 million views on social media and 45 press publications. More than euro in donations for the projects.

10 ESMOD JAKARTA FASHION IS MY LEGACY ONLINE ACTIVATION ESMOD Jakarta is a leading fashion designer education institution in Indonesia. Their goal was to increase student registrations by reaching out through digital media. We created a digital marketing campaign communicating that studying at ESMOD will enable you to create your own legacy, through fashion, by finding your own passion. This asked for a new online identity on the website and in social media, that we ve designed and implemented, now used throughout all communications, The new website was redesigned and optimized to generate leads. And we ve created and executed additional digital campaigns to funnel the right audience. Including Videotron ads, online ads campaigns on social media, videos and activation microsites. Increase of student enrollment of 50% in 1 year Sales funnel KPI overreached by 150% Thousands of visitors a month and during the most successful campaign 4000 on one day

11 LG LG TO THE MAX SALES INCENTIVE Better teamwork and more knowledge & fun on the work floor through an exciting e-learning & sales competition. This is what we created for LG and T-Mobile and we called it TO THE MAX. Of course we reward knowledge, so teams could determine their own sales targets, compete with each other on a personal race track and win awesome prizes! And the grand prize? An afternoon of real time Formula 1 racing on Circuit Park Zandvoort. 400 stores / 2000 retail sales staff reached Already increased sales targets on average exceeded by 125% The sales incentive tactic is now reapplied every quarter to various key retailers.

12 DREAMFIELDS DREAMFIELDS FESTIVAL 2015/2016 PR & MARKETING CAMPAIGN ONLINE/OFFLINE Dreamfields Festival was an already successful concept in The Netherlands. And the organizers successfully rolled out this concept as one of the first Electronic Dance Festivals of this scale in Indonesia. The Dreamfields team used our local expertise to do online and offline PR and marketing. We created their event websites, signed radio, magazine and outdoor ads with custom promotions and deals, designed and implemented all the promotions site visits, 100+ radio and magazine ads, 50+ billboards/videotrons across Bali and Jabodetabek, 4 PR events festival goers Social media trending topic in Indonesia two years in a row.

13 MAXUS+HELDER 99 CHANNELS DIRECT RESPONSE TV ANALYSIS PLATFORM MAXUS+HELDER, part of GroupM, advises their clients on Direct Response TV media placements (to advertise on TV with the intention to get a direct response from the audience to order a product on a website). In order to measure per minute the results of the TV ads on the website visits we developed a digital platform from scratch to handle this big data and determine real time which website visits get attributed to which TV ads. From this data, the analyst can then create beautiful presentations from within the tool and share with their clients million data points tracked for dozens of clients, calculations done in seconds instead of hours. The analysis helped improve performance (less costs & more views) for their clients, in one case up to 200%. Quickly after launch in Belgium and The Netherlands, now rolled out to 4 other markets, scheduled to roll out to 6 others within the next months.

14 VIVA GENERIK MY VIVA CUSTOMER LOYALTY APP In order to stay ahead of the competition, Viva Generik, a pharmacy retail chain in middle and east Java and Bali, adopts a digital first strategy. We have designed and developed their customer loyalty app, and core backend API for the other shared systems. The loyalty app, MyViva, brings in potential members and keep existing members by providing them real time access to their personal health records, doctors and pharmacies, and assists them with daily medication reminders. Viva Generik is now able to send directed promotions through their own channel of additional users. up to installs in two months. increase in converting walk-in customers into members. 4.3 out of 5 stars review of hundreds of reviewers in app store.

Consumers digest apps quickly and throw them away. However, in the workplace and in B2B it has become the go-to-way to either have direct transparent communication within and between companies. Still, both need an experience that puts the focus on a single purpose and the user centric. On average we have made about 1 app a month. Highly customized to transform business processes and communication.
