The virtual InfoSuite will have your company s branding (colors, logo, etc.) and a prescribed number of content areas through your Buyer s Resource Guide listing that your visitors may view. Attendees move in and out of your InfoSuite as they would in a physical setting. Their contact information is captured when they enter your InfoSuite and their movements are tracked throughout the event. This data is then provided to you in a form compatible to most sales tracking software. Your company will need to assign a lead project manager ( Virtual Administrator ) to facilitate the building of the InfoSuite, collection and posting of assets. HFMA will provide the necessary support to guide your company through the process and ensure a successful experience. Will I know who attended our InfoSuite? If so, what information will I be provided about that individual? All Deluxe Sponsors will receive the list of visitors to their respective InfoSuites. The list will include each visitor s name, mailing address, and if provided, title and company name. The visitor may also choose to provide additional information of his/her choice.
