1 1. How do I shop in IKEA? We want your next trip to IKEA to be as pleasant as possible. So, here are some tips on how to shop the easy way at our IKEA stores! IKEA stores have free parking and provide easy access for the disabled. Everything you need to shop is available at the entrance: pencils, paper, tape measures, store guides, catalogues, shopping strollers and shopping bags. Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items shown in the catalogue, but due to popularity and supply issues, some

2 products may not always be available, you can check the availability on the product page, all you have to do is... Search your product (type the name or article number and click on search ) on our website as shown below. Once you are on your product webpage, you can check the stock by selecting the nearest store on the product page or come to Customer Relation department, our co-workers are happy to help. 3. Can I reserve an item for collection? It is not possible to reserve an item in our stores; you are able to check stock availability before visiting store using our website. 4. Can I buy items online? Unfortunately we currently don't offer online or home-shopping but our store looks forward to welcoming you.

3 5. How do I return my product? If you have changed your mind - you have 30 days from the date of purchase to bring your product (90 days if you swipe your IKEA FAMILY member card at the time of your purchase), along with your receipt, to the Returns department. This department is located next to the store exit. 6. Do you offer any guarantees on products? We offer a range of guarantees on a number of product ranges. You can find out more information here. 7. What is the best time to come to return an item? As we are a large store with a high volume of customers, it is impossible for us to predict quiet times. Weekends and Friday afternoons are usually our busiest times; however we do operate a first-come-first-served ticketing system which enables us to deal with customers returns in the fairest way. 8. Do I need to provide my receipt? Yes, please bring the original receipt as your proof of purchase. Please see more detail about exchange and return policy on the website. 9. I want to return a product but don't have the card that I paid with, what can I do? If you do not have the card that you originally paid with, your refund will not be able to processed. 10. I have lost the assembly instructions, where can I find a copy? Search your product (type the name or article number and click on search ) on our website as shown below.

4 Once you are on your product webpage, you can open and save the instructions (these are in PDF format).or please come to Customer Relation department, our co-workers are happy to help. 11. I need a replacement fitting (nut/bolt/screw/etc), do you have them and how much do they cost? The spare parts that we can provide to you are the ones that have a number/code next to them in the instructions (click here for an example). We aim to have as many fittings in store for our products as we can. If you have a receipt and/or a reasonable request, then generally, there is no charge for spare parts. It is always worth going in to the Returns department with the number/code of the part you are missing, as even if we don't have the part that you require, it may be possible that we can find a solution for you. 12. Where do I go to ask someone about lost property? For any enquiries relating to lost property, please speak to a member of staff in the Returns department. 13. What is IKEA FAMILY? IKEA FAMILY is the IKEA loyalty programme. IKEA FAMILY is open to everyone, and it s free to join. With an IKEA FAMILY card you get discounts on selected home furnishing products, food products and

5 services. We also hold member only events in-stores such as free home furnishing workshops/seminars and previews of new ranges. 14. How can I become an IKEA FAMILY member? It is free to sign up and you can start using the benefits the same day. You can sign up in one of the IKEA FAMILY kiosks in store or online today. You can collect you card one of the IKEA FAMILY kiosks in store or your digital card online directly.
