Display Area rules and regulations: 1. Sponsor displays are required to be manned from registration, including during all the refreshment breaks and until the conferencing proceedings end. 2. Sponsors are asked to not exceed the display space included in your sponsorship (Diamond Sponsor 12sqm, Platinum Sponsor 9sqm, all other sponsors 6sqm). Please do not place any decoration material or furniture (banners, brochure racks, etc.) outside your display limits or in the hallways. 3. When showing videos or giving presentations with open audio, make sure to keep the audio to a level that does not interfere with other sponsors interactions. 4. Please advise us if you are sharing your display with another organisation as this would need to be approved by the organisers. 5. You will receive a power point on your display, we only supply three-pin, 15 AMP plugs, please bring your own multi-plug adapters, plugs and extensions. These will not be provided. 6. Build up Sponsors will be able to decorate their display space on Tuesday 16 September 2014 between 06:30 & 07: Breakdown Breakdown of displays will take place following the conference from 17:30 on Tuesday 16 September We ask you to pay special attention to the security of your goods once breakdown commences as the organisers can no longer be held responsible for the guarding of your goods. 8. Delivery of goods for your display Please ensure that all goods that you get couriered / delivered for your display are clearly marked with your company name and stand number. It is best to arrange for delivery to take place when you will have a representative on your display during build up as the organisers cannot accept deliveries on your behalf. Internet Connectivity ITWeb will provide free wireless internet connectivity to all delegates and sponsors. Security The Event organisers will provide general event security. Please do not leave equipment unattended at your display at any time. 12 SECTION B Sponsorship Benefits BENEFITS FOR ALL SPONSORSHIP LEVELS 1. Advert in iweek magazine This sponsorship benefit is only applicable to Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsors. Please ensure that you provide all artwork in a High resolution PDF design to bronwen@itweb.co.za for your advert to appear in the Cloud Computing special editorial report which will be published in the issue of iweek magazine after the event by no later than 15 September 2014 ITWeb Cloud Computing 2014 special editorial report Issue 317, 1 October 2014 (Size of advert is outlined in your sponsorship contract as per your sponsorship level.) Coupon in the Coupon Booklet The purpose of your coupon in the Coupon Booklet is to hype up your presence at the event and activities on your display. You are encouraged to offer an incentive lucky draw as part of your coupon to encourage all delegates to visit your display and enter into your lucky draw. Complimentary delegate passes Details of company s staff or corporate guests that will be utilising the complimentary delegate passes to the conference need to be confirmed by Friday 12 September Sponsorship badges Below is a schedule outlining the quantity of badges you will receive as part of your sponsorship package. Additional badges will be charged at R500 per day of the event and this will include lunch and refreshments.
