Mailed Bids or hand-delivered Bids will be placed in the Bid Box located in the Reception Area (3rd Floor) of UNICEF. A public bid opening will be held at 11:00 am on or before [Day], [Date], at the same location. On the event the bid opening cannot take place due to reasons beyond control of UNICEF e.g. general strike/ hartal or any other; it would be postponed till next working day and will be opened at 11:00 am. 1. Offers against this Invitation-to-Bid must be made in accordance with the Instructions contained in this ITB. The attached Bid Response Form and Form of Offer must be completed. For the offer, only the attached Bid Response Form should be used and not retyped. In case of any deviation, please correct the form. The Form of Offer must be signed by an authorized representative of your company. 2. This ITB is subject to the Terms and Conditions/ Instructions/ Special Notes contained herein. 6. Any Order/ Contract resulting from this ITB shall be governed by UNICEF's General Terms and Conditions and any other Specific Terms and Conditions detailed within this ITB. 7. Please mention in your offer the percentage (%) increase, if any, in unit price in case UNICEF decides to issue repeat order(s) placed within 6 months from the opening date. 8.
