I've been doing internet marketing for 15 years, and have seen online home-based business change drastically in that time. The result? People aren't making SQUAT because they're being taught business building methods that are DYING or just FLAT WRONG. But here's the thing: It's never been EASIER to start a business online...if you know what you're doing... But sadly... You probably don't...because you're not being told the whole truth. A bold statement, yes. But someone should tell it like it is......and I'm here to help you MAKE MONEY...so please read...carefully. People LOVE to make things more complicated than they should be...and online marketing is no different......there are really only 2 reasons WHY most people don't make money online...and they're dead simple: 1. People don't stick with their business long enough to see success 2. They're not given all the REAL facts so they don't know what to do

4 In other words... You're being lied to!! Sounds like a damn conspiracy theory, doesn't it?? Well..it ain't that bad...but it's pretty close. You want the truth?? Read on then...because you're about to learn actually what TO DO in order to start creating an income for yourself. (NOTE: The report below will take about 5 minutes to go through. It's not long...and frankly doesn't need to be. DO NOT be fooled my its brevity. I'm going to help you bypass some of the misnomers and lies that so many experience in this industry. Don't skip...make sure you read this...it's THAT important to your online business)

5 Let's Go Over Affiliate Marketing for a Minute... It's important first to understand what affiliate marketing is and how it serves the marketplace. [NOTE: Many (most?) of you already know what affiliate marketing is. DO NOT skip this section...read it through anyway as it will give you proper context of what I'm going to tell you at the end of this report] Affiliate marketing is an "evergreen", if you will, way of making money online. Internet marketing strategies and 'fads' come and go, but affiliate marketing remains eternally popular and for good reason... there's good money to be made as an affiliate if you know what you're doing - and it's relatively easy to get started. Since you're reading this report I'll assume that you know what affiliate marketing is. If you don't then it's extremely simple - you promote other people's products using your unique affiliate link (they can be digital or physical products or a service) and then you get paid a commission whenever somebody you've referred purchases something. The great thing about affiliate marketing is that you don't have to worry about things such as product creation or buying in products. There doesn't have to be an investment when you become an affiliate marketer - you simply sign up to get your affiliate link from the product vendor and away you go. You might choose to invest money in promoting your links of course but that's totally optional. Affiliate marketing works because it solves two key problems in one go:

6 1. Product vendors always need more customers and thus they use affiliates to help them find them - for free. 2. People who don't have products of their own to sell can promote products as an affiliate and they instantly have something to sell with less effort. Many successful marketers will both have their own products AND promote other people's as an affiliate. But if you're just getting started you can start off by being an affiliate-only and then move into creating and selling your own products as you build up experience (more on this later). How Much Can You Earn as an Affiliate Marketer? Affiliate commissions can be anywhere between 1% and 100% of the purchase price. You tend to find that physical products pay lower percentage commissions while digital products such as ebooks and courses will pay a higher commission. This is simply because the digital vendor has very little costs involved to run their business and thus they can afford to be more generous with their commissions. In addition digital vendors tend to have other products inside a sales funnel, which will often be of much higher value. They might offer you 100% commission on the "front-end" product, for example - but that might only sell for $5, whereas their "back-end" product might sell for $97. In this case they might only offer you 25% commission on the back-end product or even non at all. They are basically using the front-end product to attract as many people into their sales funnel as possible - and offering 100% commission to affiliates is a key way of helping them do that.

7 Selecting Products to Promote There is certainly no shortage of products out there to promote, whether you're interested in digital or physical goods. Actually, this brings up an interesting debate: Is it better to promote physical products or digital products such as ebooks, courses, videos etc? There are advantages and drawbacks to both - and it will depend on things like where your particular interests lie and what niche you are in. For example, if you're in one of the hobby niches then you'll probably find no shortage of physical products to promote - but if you are in a niche such as internet marketing or perhaps weight loss then digital typically is the way to go. Many people prefer digital products because you often get paid more generous commissions and they are often paid to you immediately - and that's what we are going to concentrate on primarily in this report. However if you're in a niche such as diet or weight loss for example then there might be an opportunity to promote both digital and physical products. Now we've got that over with it's time to introduce you to some of the main affiliate programs and discuss some of the benefits and drawbacks of each. (NOTE: If you read no other section of my report...then read the following below)

8 Above I have covered the 'traditional' affiliate model...and it is no doubt powerful. I use it often in my business...and it should not be ignored. But the most lucrative business model online is selling your own products. Think about it: You keep all the profits for yourself (minus promotion of course) and YOU can recruit affiliates to sell YOUR product. Sounds great, right?? NOT SO FAST. There's some huge stumbling blocks here...and I'm sure you may already be aware of some of them... 'I have to create my own product' 'I have to know (hope) it's going to sell' 'I have to come up with promotion materials for it' I could come up with many more...but aren't those three daunting enough?? Well...yes they are. This is what stops most beginner online marketers dead in their tracks. To try to create your own products and be successful at it, especially when just starting out, is frankly almost impossible.

9 Now, I hate words like 'impossible', but I'm being real with you here. I have created many online products over the years, and here's the stark reality: Most of them bombed. Now you're probably thinking, 'um...ok. Then why should I listen to YOU Kenneth?' Because I told you the truth...and most WON'T. The reality is most products created bomb...at first. Getting the product creation end of your business takes time...too much time. (Please understand: Product creation is important. But what this model does for you more than anything else is it establishes you as a BRAND. Brand building takes time and is a long-term play) I DID end up creating some really successful products in the end (and continue to this day)...but......it took me 5 years to get to that point. I'm betting you don't have 5 years to wait to have a successful online business, do you?? No, you don't. And you don't have to. And frankly you shouldn't. Stay with me here... So now you're probably thinking you could make a good living just being an affiliate. Yes, you should have that in your arsenal. But...

10 ...you're leaving a TON of money on the table by not employing a third, VERY lucrative business model. It's called... Product Licensing. What is Product Licensing? Let's start with a dictionary definition: Definition: A business arrangement in which one company gives another company permission to manufacture its product for a specified payment. There are few faster or more profitable ways to grow your business than by licensing patents, trademarks, copyrights, designs, and other intellectual property to others. Or a simple way to define it is 'you pay someone for the right to sell a product they made but you keep the profit.' Ok, so how does this specifically apply to you and me in online marketing? We find a company that has QUALITY digital products (that are proven to sell) in our market, pay them an upfront fee, and then start selling those products where you keep the majority (if not ALL) the profit. Nice, huh?? What you are getting in this arrangement is the advantages of affiliate marketing (no creating your own products) and the advantages of selling your own product (you get to keep all the money). It's a win-win.

11 Let's keep in mind and remember that with affiliate marketing you don't get to keep your customer if they buy through your affiliate link. Yes, if you've put them on your own list you can sell other offers to them (and you should...more on that later) but if a customer buys a certain affiliate offer the company that actually fulfilled that order can (and usually will) upsell them on higher margin products. You usually get ZERO commissions on those sales. This is where you leave a TON of money on the table. But with the licensing model, that customer is yours...and if that customer buys higher priced products that you've obtained the license to sell...guess who gets those commissions? You, baby!! Remember, successful businesses are built on repeat customers. You want to keep those customers to keep those sales coming in. Do you see how powerful this is? This is EXACTLY the reason I now consult my new clients on this business model up front RIGHT AWAY, because it puts them in profit quicker than the other models discussed. You might be wondering, 'so is this model popular and does it really work?' Let me list a few examples of businesses that use product licensing: McDonalds Subway Pizza Hut

12 KFC Burger King 7 Eleven Wyndham Hotels GNC Vitamins Century 21 Supercuts H&R Block I'm sure you've heard of maybe a few of these...:) This is just a mere FRACTION of companies that use product licensing...or more commonly called: Franchising :) It is so powerful that it has changed my business (and many of my associates) forever. And here's the cool thing: Unlike the examples above, the product licensing that I promote costs a mere fraction of those 'brick and mortar' businesses. Because you have a digital business, you are not location dependent. Computer and internet...you're good to go. :) Truly powerful stuff. One other benefit that I want to stress (and I already briefly touched on this above) is product upsells. Upsells give you the potential to receive commissions in the 4 and even 5 figure range. How does $1,000, $2,500 and even $10,000 and $20,000 commissions on ONE customer sound to you? Do not scoff. This IS the reality once you've locked in with a quality company.
