Any person who seeks to develop land wthn the Cty of Hanes Cty by applyng for a Buldng Pennt s hereby requred to pay a muncpal servces mpact fee n the manner and amount set forth n the Schedule of mpact Fees. The Muncpal Servces mpact Fee shall be pad pror to recept of a buldng pennt and shall be equal to the sum of the applcable polce servces and fre/rescue servces mpact fees for all Buldng Permt applcatons plus the recreaton and lbrary servces mpact fees when the Complete Submttal for a Buldng Permt s presented to the Cty for one or more Dwellng Unts.
