Following on from customer feedback we are delighted to introduce new ranges in our vanilla biscuit recipe, this includes a new all year round range - our nursery collection, plus seasonal favourites such as our Mini Valentines Hearts, Mini Easter Eggs and Spring Chick, which we re sure your customers will love as much as we do! This year we will be having a special promotion quarter between April and June, more details will be sent out closer to the time but be sure to keep your eyes peeled during those months to see what special deals can be obtained! We have three farmyard favourites that have been recreated into gingerbread - Fleecy Flora, Meadow Maisy and Greedy Gertrude. Each piece is designed to bring out the fun in all who share them - the happy, cheeky faces that adorn our products appeal to the young and old alike. 11 Frequently Asked Questions What is the shelf life on your gingerbread novelties? Our gingerbread is very long lasting! All of our gingerbread products have a guaranteed shelf life of at least six months from delivery. What is your minimum order? Our minimum carriage paid order amount is 175. This can be made up using seasonal and year round lines. We will despatch orders under 175 (providing they are over 100) however, for all orders between there will be a delivery charge of plus VAT. Please note for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands there is a surcharge of 4 per carton and for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly there will be a surcharge of 6.50 per carton. All deliveries are despatched on a next day delivery service, however for the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man and Scilly this can take an extra day. How do I order? - orders@imageonfood.co.uk Make enquiries or order products at any time of the day or night and we will respond to you during office hours. Fax Order by Fax making note of the product code and quantity required Telephone Browse the brochure and make a note of the product codes and quantities you want then simply pick up the phone to place an order. We are open to take orders over the phone Monday - Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm. Are your products VAT registered? All of our products are zero-rated. What about Food Safety? At Image on Food all possible steps are taken to ensure that our products meet the highest food safety levels. We have full BRC accreditation and a computerised manufacturing management system in place which ensures full traceability on all of our products. How are your products decorated? All of our products are hand-decorated which ensures that high quality is consistent in every one of our products. How soon can I have my order? We will aim to satisfy all delivery requirements. As a rule all orders recieved before 2:00pm on a Thursday are despatched the following week, orders recieved after this time will be despatched the week after that. Please bear in mind that our products are hand decorated and during seasonal peak times lead times may have to be increased. Where are your products made? All products are made in a custom built factory in Market Drayton, Shropshire - known as the Home of Gingerbread! How are the products packaged? All of our products are individually wrapped in a clear cellophane wrapper which is air-tight to ensure our products are always fresh and appetizing. Each line has an ingredient label adhered to the rear of the product with all ingredient and allergen information. On each line the product is marked if it is provided with a or if it is provided in a retail ready shelf dispenser. Do you use natural colourings? Yes, the majority of our year round and seasonal lines are decorated using natural colours. Under each individual lines the product information will describe if the product is iced in natural colours.
