2 Getting Started with Smart Codes Login to 21Online.com To assign and reassign your smart capture codes, or to order sign riders, login to edit your Unique Property Site from 21Online. Next, click on the Edit Site link to access your Unique Property Site s Control Panel. P-Codes (P121) Each Property Gets a Unique P-Code Cannot be reassigned to another property Single Use Only X-Codes (X1020) Agents are assigned a block of 10 Codes Codes can be assigned and then reassigned to a different property Great for Sign Riders

5 Assigning a Smart Capture Code The Smart Capture Tool has several sections Make sure to include your cell number here to get instant LEAD ALERTS. If you would like to assign an autoresponder for this property, enter it here. To use your default introduction message, leave this field blank. Your default introduction message can be configured on the Smart Code Manager tool.

If you have all of your X-Codes already assigned you will need to first us-assign it from the property it is currently associated with.
