1 CSG New B2B: User s Guide Welcome to the CSG B2B! This walkthrough will display how to do the following: Navigate the home screen Navigate our catalog Working with multiple carts Invoice Payments Create accounts for your staff Search for important documents Investigate your account history Set up a warranty claim Create a B2B link on your smartphone 1

2 CSG New B2B: Introduction to the Home Screen 1. Main Menus There are several important things on the top of this screen that you ll want to get to know right away. 1. Main Menus. This is where you will go to find information about your account, headline news and links to our other resources. 2. Dealer/Customer Toggle. Need to know your pricing? Make sure you re in Dealer View. Looking through items with a consumer over your shoulder? Keep it on Customer View so that they see their price only. 3. Product Navigation. When it s time to shop, these drop-downs are your view into the full CSG catalog. 2

3 CSG New B2B: Introduction to the Home Screen - Main Menus 1. Profile & Account takes you to all of your account information; orders, invoices, payments, warranty, profiles and order history. 2. Resources allows you to search for all kinds of documents and also links to offsite CSG tools. 3

This is where we ll communicate to you on a daily basis with our Deal of the Week, new feature stories and product releases. 2. Headlines come next. From team wins to new products to special promotions, you ll find them all right here. 3. To the right are your Inventory alerts and order history, easy to get to as soon as you log in. 1. 5 CSG New B2B: Introduction to the Home Screen, Notification Box The Notification box provides a quick view into specific products and orders. Inventory alerts when products are back in stock Quick link from the Notification box to the item for easy ordering Status on your recent orders Immediate reminder of open orders and backordered products The Notify Me button on the product grid pages will place the item in your notification box on the homepage 5

6 CSG New B2B: Product Navigation Use the Category Drop-Downs (1) to choose between Bikes, Apparel, Accessories or Service Parts. Once you ve opened one up with the + sign, each brand and category are there to view. Drill even further into a category and click on the Platform (2), such as Synapse or CAAD12, to go to the product pages. 6

7 CSG New B2B: Starting an Order Cart Creation The little shopping cart on the top of the screen will show you which carts are available. You can take a number of actions: - Create a new cart. Click on + New Cart, give it a name and you re ready to fill a new cart! - Use an existing cart. Clicking on one of the existing cart names activates that cart for further shopping; clicking on the cart quantity to the right takes you over to Checkout. 7

8 CSG New B2B: Starting an Order Quick Order The Quick Order menu is always in the lower right-hand corner of the page. Bringing this up allows you to quickly: - Select any available cart or create a new one. - Quick search by item name or sku to drop items into the cart. - Use our existing CSV Upload process from Excel orders forms by selecting the choose file option at the bottom. - The blue? provides instructions for a CSV upload 8

9 CSG New B2B: Cart Maintenance Carts can be created and individually managed on the All Carts page, accessible from the Profile & Account Menu. Click on the cart name to view the items in the cart Carts are separated by those created by the current user and those created by other staff accounts The Settings button allows the user to rename the cart and designate as the Default cart. Carts can also be deleted from this screen. 9

10 CSG New B2B: Understanding Current Inventory Inventory loads in real-time. This means that if you see the product available, it is currently in the warehouse. Color Coded Inventory. The actual number is stock and does not show in Consumer View. Color Coding: Green: 25+ units Yellow: units Red: Less than 10 In Dealer View the actual inventory is visible, in Consumer View only the color is seen. This will let you, the dealer, know where inventory levels are and consumers will only see the retail price and sizes. 10

11 CSG New B2B: Placing Orders on Product Grid Page Use the main menu to pick a Platform Scroll through the items, updating quantities for the item that you are interested in purchasing. Only move to the next product once you have used the Add to Cart button to submit the quantities for the item that you are currently working on. 11

12 CSG New B2B: Checking Out From the top of any screen, click on the icon to the right of the cart quantity to move to the Checkout page. Review and Edit a cart prior to checkout Fill in the PO number, requested ship date and other required information Clicking Checkout will take you to a final review page prior to submission 12

13 CSG New B2B: Checking Out (cont.) Delete items or move them to other carts Use Next Availability to learn when more will be available if currently out of stock Review specific item information by clicking on the product name 13

14 CSG New B2B: Processing an Online Payment Select Invoices in the Profile & Account Drop down. Or select Invoices in the footer of the site Select a Date Range and, if needed, increase the search results 14

Select the invoice(s) you wish to pay by clicking on the box to the left of the invoice number Create new payment account by selecting New Account and adding in all the checking/savings account information. Remember to enter a Reference for the payment. Hit the continue button 15

16 CSG New B2B: Processing an Online Payment, cont. Review the payment detail if correct check the I agree to Terms and Conditions and select the Pay Now button and payment is complete. If payment needs to be revised hit the Back button. 16

17 CSG New B2B: Creating Staff Accounts Users with Staff Account Management access can create and edit staff accounts. Create New, fill in the required fields and select the roles that the new user should have access to. 17

18 CSG New B2B: Creating Staff Accounts, cont. 1. Account Overview: User can see sales history for prior and current model year, including units and dollars of product ordered 2. Payment Management: User can see their payment history and make payments on the B2B 3. View Invoices: User can view and download current and past invoices. 4. View Staff Accounts: User can see other staff members, but not edit 5. Cart Management: Ability to view, edit, merge and delete all carts, not just the carts created by the individual user 6. Staff Account Management: User can view other staff members, create users, edit information and control permissions 7. View Orders: User can see past, current and future orders 8. View Warranty Tickets: User can see all past and present warranty claims and resolutions (but not create new ones) 9. Create Orders: User has the ability to start a cart, edit the cart and submit 10. View Dealer Pricing: User can see all pricing levels, both retail and wholesale 11. View Payments: User can see payment history 12. Warranty Management: User has the ability to view past and present warranty tickets and create new claims 18

19 CSG New B2B: Staff Account Example Manager/Buyer The Manager/Buyer profile is for all ordering and warranty functions. It will show Retail and Dealer pricing, inventory levels, create and manage orders and warranty. This will also allow the owner to prevent an employee from seeing the financials of the shop. 19

20 CSG New B2B: Staff Account Example Service Department Manager This account profile allows a Service Department to submit and manage warranty tickets. It will also show retail pricing, inventory levels and current orders. Adding in Create Orders will allow the Service Department to create a cart (for Service Parts & Kits). 20

21 CSG New B2B: Staff Account Example Retail and Inventory Only This account profile will only show retail pricing, current availability, and orders that have been placed. Use this profile as the log-in for a computer used with consumers. 21

22 CSG New B2B: Invoices & Make Payments Select field(s) to specific search parameters Use the Search Functions to find the invoice you are looking for. Select Date Range for a broad search of both Open and Paid invoices Click on the invoice number to view the invoice details and pay Click on multiple boxes on the left and then select Pay to pay for multiple invoices at once 22

23 CSG New B2B: Resources 1. Either select a Document Type or type in the item 2. Download opens the document as a.pdf file 23

24 CSG New B2B: Product View Page & Resources 1. Print opens a.pdf sell sheet that has a full-color photo and complete parts spec. 2. Technical documents can also be downloaded here. 24

25 CSG New B2B: Navigating Service Parts & Kits Service Parts and Kits are broken down by platform then specific model year. Click either the model name to pull up all associated products or drill down to the year. 25

26 CSG New B2B: Account Overview Let s jump back to the top of the page and check out the Account Overview. This link will take you to your Account screen, which quickly displays your available balance and credit information. From this page you can get to all of your history: purchases, order detail, invoices, payments and warranty. 26

27 CSG New B2B: Purchase History Just below the Credit section is Purchase History. Drill down from Brands to Categories to Platforms. Purchase History is available for the current and prior years, with views of the calendar year and model year. 27
