Provide further informtion to certin customers nd interct with customers nd deepen exchnge to win customers over to our side. Depending on their distnce to the venue, the customers should be invited to come to the exhibition. Some of them re orgnized in one-dy trips nd others in overnight tours tht include sightseeing in Tokyo so tht every customer will be stisfied. There should lso be luncheon prty for dy-trip customers nd dinner prty for customers on the overnight tour. Cse 3 Originl seminrs/prties during HVAC&R 004 in Jpn During HVAC&R 004, 4,500 importnt customers were invited to 60 seminrs hosted by distributors. The invited customers first received technicl presenttion in room neighboring the exhibition venue nd then were led to the Dikin booth. This event effectively helped customers not only deepen their understnding of Dikin products but lso relize tht they re VIPs of Dikin. However, this time Dikin delibertely did not set up pnels in order to promote direct communiction with visitors. Zone Air Prk Air Prk ws designed to simulte the experience of being in the deep forest or mountin highlnds. To supply the fresh, crisp ir usully found in these loctions, Dikin set up 48 ir purifiers, equipped with photoctlytic filter tht uses n dvnced new mteril clled titnium ptite. The units were presented ginst bckground visuls of lush nturl scenery nd worked noiselessly throughout the exhibition to ensure Air Prk hd the purest ir t the event. Becuse it will tke one month or more to print the nme on them Explntion Pnel months Preprtions In most cses, the externl specilist firm, in designing nd instlling the exhibition booth, produces the product-explntion pnels. Prepre the drft, product imge dt (photogrphs), brnd logo nd compny logo. Resolution of Product Digitl Imge The resolution of the full-size imge to be used for the pnel hs to be not less thn 7 dpi. If the imge is of A3 size t its full size when pplied to the pnel, the resolution of its A5-size digitl dt hs to be not less thn 350 dpi. (dpi = ppi = pixel/inch ) 5-4. However, exhibition photogrphs re not esy to tke becuse of the difficulty of controlling lighting effects. Some bsic tips for tking pictures re given below. Following these tips will llow in-house stff to tke good-qulity digitl photogrphs tht cn be used in printed medi. Do not tke photogrphs of other compnies booths.. Imge size -. Setting the imge size Selecting the Imge size menu on your digitl cmer will llow you to choose from number of different rtios. It is best to choose,80 pixels, which will be the middle size in the rnge vilble. -. Explntion Mny people select the smllest size, 640 x 480 pixels, during initil setting. However, the smllest size does not contin enough dt to produce high-qulity imges when printed. On the other hnd, tking pictures t the lrgest size will give you good picture qulity when printed. However, it lso significntly reduces the number of imges the cmer cn store, nd it is not possible to tke mny shots. For these resons, the middle size is the most suitble. 640 x 480 pixels does not contin enough dt to produce high-qulity imges when printed. Avoid drk sections. Photogrph only bright res. Photogrphs of visitors re lso most effective. 3. Conferences nd seminrs When photogrphing person speking from the stge, move s close to the subject s possible. This is becuse in lrge hll if you re more thn 5 meters from the person you re photogrphing, cmers with built-in flshes will not be ble to sufficiently illuminte the subject. You will probbly need to tke 5 to 0 shots to obtin useble imge. As the number of pictures tken increses, so does the probbility of voiding problems such s blinking by the subject. Tking photogrphs in the second hlf of presenttion often produces good results. When person first begins speking, they re usully somewht tense nd this tends to show on their fce. So lwys prepre for this by confirming the speker s time slot in dvnce in the schedule vilble from the event orgnizer. Move s close to the subject s possible. Above,80 pixels contins enough dt.. Exhibitions Exhibitors often use lighting effects to enhnce their product displys, which mens mny of the res you will photogrph my be quite drk.
