It refers to the actions of the consumers in the marketplace and the underlying motives for those actions. To identify the type of customer and their behaviours. To know the customer taste and preference of samsung mobiles. To know the ways to use Samsung mobile. To analysis the level of satisfaction about Samsung mobile. To identify the best features attracted by customer. SCOPE OF THE STUDY The present study to evaluate the performance of samsung mobile. The information has been under taken to known the function of samsung mobile. This study will help to identify the strength and weakness of samsung mobile. This study also helps the company to know the major problem. Faced by the consumers in Samsung mobile.
