2 Account Overview Main navigational tabs have been reduced to 3 from 5. Click Home, Bill Pay or Account Services to access additional menu options. Quick Links: links to screens and tasks frequently accessed by users. This list will vary from screen to screen. Payment Guarantee: provides you with details about the $25,000 payment guarantee

3 Account Summary: shows a summary of all your Global accounts Scheduled Payments: shows all scheduled payments, including a total of all payments. You can click edit under the Action heading to update the scheduled payment.

4 Money HQ: All of your other accounts will be listed here. The system will remember your viewing preference and will resume the last screen view the next time you log in. Click here for more details about the Money HQ feature.

5 Bill Pay Tab Add Payee This is the first screen you will see when you click on the Bill Pay tab. If you are a new epay user, your first step will be to establish payees. Add Payee: Click here to add new payees.

6 Pay Bills Select one of the 3 options below: Frequently paid businesses this first option allows you to quickly add a payee from a list of widely recognized merchants. Another business if the payee you wish to add is not in the drop-down list above click here to add the payee and fill in the details. Individual use this option to mail a payment directly to an individual. To send the payment electronically you will need the individual s routing number and account number. Type of Payee: Select one of the 3 options here, then click Continue.

7 Payments to an Individual Complete the fields on the screen or select Try It Now to send the payment electronically. Then click submit. To send electonically: Click try it now. You ll need the individual s routing number and account number.

8 Pay Bills This is the first screen you will see when you click on the Bill Pay tab. Pay Bills One at a Time Pay a Bill: Select the payee from the drop-down list to pay bills one at a time. This is the default screen for new users.

9 Pay Multiple Bills: Shows all of your payees. Pay Multiple Bills This is the default screen for current users. Bill Pay Preferences: Click here to customize your view for this screen. Payment Amount: Enter the amount of the payment you wish to make. Deliver By: Enter the date you want the payment delivered to the payee Note: The deliver by date is the date the payee will receive your payment. The payment will be debited from your account prior to that date. See the payment review screen for more information Memo: You can type in a note to self using add memo. This note will not appear on the actual payment.

10 Payment Frequency After entering the payment amount and date you can edit the payment frequency. Frequency: Select one time or recurring payments. Expedite: In a hurry? Select expedite for next day posting. Fee applies.

11 Review Payments After entering the payment details and clicking continue you ll have the opportunity to review your payments. Send on: This is the date the funds will be deducted from your account. This date is calculated by the epay system an may vary from payee to payee. Edit: Click edit if you wish to make changes to this payment. Submit: Click submit to send your payment.

12 Hide Payees If you have merchants that you pay only occasionally, you can hide them from your payee list until you need them on the Payment Center screen. Hide Payees: Click viewing # of # payees. Then, just check or uncheck the boxes for the payees you wish to view.

13 ebills The ebill feature allows you to receive electronic summaries of your bills online, in one place. Enrolling in ebills To enroll visit either the Payment Center or the Payee pages and click enroll for each payee. You must first be enrolled for online account access at the payee s website to utilize ebills. Payment Center Enrollment: Click enroll in the ebills column. Note: You will need the online log on credentials for the payee s website to enroll in epay. Payee Page Enrollment: Click enroll in the ebills column. This page will also show you which payees are already set up to receive ebills or if ebills are not available for that payee.

14 Paying Your Bill Using ebills When you click view ebill you will be presented with payment options: Pay minimum amount due Pay entire balance Pay other amount File as paid ebill Details: Click view ebill details to go to the payee s website.

15 Paying Your Bill Using ebills The ebills page will show bills from all payees you have set up with ebills. Unpaid: These are pending bills. You can click pay to send a payment, view to view the bill or file if you have made a payment by other means. Paid: This section will default to bills paid in the last 30 days. Click viewing last 30 days to view additional payment history. Eligible: This section shows you any payees who are eligible for ebills but you haven t set up yet.

16 Account Services Services From the services page you can online help, send a message and find more information about epay features. Messages: Have a question about epay, ebills or a payment you ve made? Click here to send a secure message.

17 Alerts The alerts tab allows you to set up alerts for your ebills. Options include: Low balance alert High balance alert Update error (no successful update with the # of days you specify) ebill has arrived Payment due date Notifications: Click send alerts to, to establish up to 2 addresses and 1 mobile phone # to send alerts to. Set Up Alert: Click on the payee to set up which alert(s) you d like for them and which or mobile # to send the alerts to.

18 Money HQ Home Page The Money HQ feature in epay provides you with online tools to manage all of your accounts including adding offline transactions and track your spending. Overview: Click overview to see a summary of all of our accounts.

19 Overview This page provides you with a summary of all your accounts Summary: A list of your Global accounts Detailed View: Your deposit and loan accounts from other financial institutions Scheduled payments: Pending payments

20 Update All Money HQ Accounts: Click this to update balance information for all your accounts Add Money HQ Account: Click this to add additional accounts Update: Click this to update an individual account Note: accounts are updated daily, automatically. Website: Click here to visit the institution s website Detailed View: Click on the account name to see account details (sample next page)

21 Detailed Account View Detailed View: To view another account select the down arrow Update Balance: Click to update the balance for this account

22 Manage Account: Allows you to make changes to this account

23 Adding an Account Add Money HQ Account: Click to add additional accounts Note: you ll be provided with a list of financial institutions to search (you may search by name or by their 9-digit ABA/Routing Number) Note: you ll need the online log on credentials for each account you wish to add Note: a list of your accounts at that institution will be presented to you on the screen. You may select 1 or all of the accounts. Note: most balances are available immediately, however it may take up to 2 business days to populate

24 External Transfers This feature allows you to transfer funds between any of your Global accounts and any of your accounts at other financial institutions. External Transfers: Click to access the transfer page Transfer Funds: Click to begin the transfer process Select Accounts: Select the accounts from the drop down list to transfer from and to Payment Type: You may opt for a one-time transfer or set up a recurring transfer

25 Fees: Click here to view current fees for external transfers Amount: Enter the dollar amount you would like to transfer Daily Limit: The maximum amount you may transfer. This may vary for inbound and outbound transfers Send Date: Select scheduled to enter a send date up to one year in the future

26 Personal Finance Manager This Money HQ feature makes tracking spending a breeze. It will automatically track any of the accounts you have added in Money HQ. And, you can add offline transactions to get a true picture of your budget. PFM: Click here to access the Personal Finance Manager

27 Spending Reports Spending Reports: PFM will automatically generate spending reports, which you can view by payee or category Time Period: Select the time period you wish to view

28 Spending Goals Setting spending goals helps you establish your budget. Spending Goals: Click this tab to access the spending goals screen View: You can view your report by payee or by category Manage Spending Goals: Click here to enter your spending goals

29 Goals: Enter the monthly budget amount for each payee or category

30 Offline Transactions With PFM you can track all of your expenses, even those you pay with cash. Offline Transactions: Click this tab to access the offline transactions screen Add Offline Transactions: Click here to enter your offline transactions Add Transaction: Click on the dropdown arrow and create new offline payee

31 Add Transaction: Enter a name, select a category, enter the amount and the date of the expenditure to add the transaction
