The prpsed slutin must include a Menu Creatin system mdule that is Nutrient Analysis Sftware apprved by USDA fr Nutrient Analysis. While FNW understands that a COTS slutin fr this prject may be available, we expect that sme custmizatin will be required as identified by prpsed vendrs in ATTACHMENT K- SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS- VENDOR RESPONSE FORM, f the Pertinent Dcuments. 2. Wuld yu like us t prpse vendr hsting r FL DOA hsting the sftware slutin? N, refer t the General Requirements sectin f the ITN, items J and K. The Department will hst the sftware slutin and cnfrm t the requirements utlined in ATTACHMENT G - APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS AND GUIDELINES. 3. Will the Department prvide detailed functinal requirements regarding Order Placement and Prcurement and Inventry Management? N additinal functinal requirements regarding Order Placement and Prcurement and Inventry Management are available at this time. 4. Based n ur experience implementing Inventry Management Systems, every district has tailred business prcesses and dynamics such as rdering life cycle, vendr integratins fr rder exprts etc. Des this bid allw fr such custmizatins r is it a statewide template fr Inventry Management? Yes, the system shuld allw fr such custmizatins fr Inventry Management. Hwever, because users will have similar vendrs and business prcesses, FNW expects minimal custmizatin will take place t meet this need.

The prpsed implementatin schedule, as utlined in the Prject Deliverables sectin f the ITN, is nt firm. Please refer t the General Terms and Cnditins sectin f the ITN, item 1 (Cntract Perid) fr mre infrmatin. 6. Is it acceptance t retain prtectin f text/data that is required t maintain data integrity and accuracy? These administrative utilities are nrmally managed by the rganizatin that is managing the hsted slutin. Is there a requirement that the Department als needs access t the utilities? This requirement refers t general maintenance that is expected t take place year-tyear such as displaying relevant schl year infrmatin. N, this requirement is nt intended t allw the Department t mdify user entered data. Yes. 16 System shuld prvide the ability fr custm branding. 21 Retain histrical infrmatin fr a cnfigurable perid f time (i.e. cnfigurable number f years). 25 D nt delete any recrds (inactive indicatr is OK, but nt a delete). fr private branding r is c-branding acceptable? 5 30 The system must prvide autmatic lgut f users when the user has clsed the brwser, r when there has been n activity fr a predefined perid (cnfigurable). 35 System must prvide the capability t display mdules with a "printer friendly" frmat. 120 Supprt data integratin frm the Flrida Autmated Nutritin System (FANS) fr SEPDS, SFA and SFA site infrmatin and FANS user credentials. 140 The system shall have the security rles and access rights defined by FNW staff and the cntractr. 141 The Department shall be able t maintain a secure system that can be mdified in a timely manner with n prgramming required fr csmetic changes. 154 Catalgs that are designated fr the Flrida Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Pilt prgram will have an accunting impact n Pilt Entitlement values. 172 The system will track inventry at multiple levels r endpints including but nt limited t: USDA, Prcessr, Distributr, SFA, SFA Site and Warehuse. All system screens shuld have a print capability with a versin frmatted fr printing that preserves frmatting and is cntained within a printable margin. This is a requirement fr either single sign-n frm FANS t this system r shared credential/ authenticatin. FDACS users are authenticated against Active Directry. FANS authenticates nn-fdacs users using custm authenticatin. Yes. See answer t questin 2. Fr prduce rdered thrugh the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Pilt Prgram, the system will need t adjust entitlement balances after delivery f the rdered prduct has ccurred. All ther terms, cnditins and specificatins f this Invitatin t Negtiate will remain the same.
