1 Ordering Online with youravon.com It's easy: The My Orders section of youravon.com is your dashboard for everything related to your Avon orders. Here you can: Search customers and view customer profiles and their history Enter, view and submit orders Check product availability and service updates View direct delivery orders placed on your estore Access direct delivery earnings and online order history reports Track submitted orders View deadline for your campaign orders Before you get started: Note that the current campaign number and deadline for on-time orders are highlighted at the top right of the order screen. You can create a new order here or view other current orders. Start a new order: To create a new order for an existing customer, use the Customer Search feature to find their name. Just type the first 2 or 3 letters of the customer's name in the search field and select from the drop down matches. TIP: Matches can be made on First or Last Name; searching by Last Name usually narrows the matches more quickly. If you have created groups, narrow your search by selecting your customer's group first. Once you've selected your customer, you can also view their Customer Profile and Customer History by clicking on those links. (Customer Profile here is view-only, not editable.) To add a new customer, click Add New Customer and fill in the profile information. If you don t have any customers in your address book yet, your own name will automatically appear in all caps. TIP: This is considered your business account name and should be used for purchases directly related to running your business. This will help you track business expenses. For your personal purchases, you may wish to create a Customer profile to keep these separate. 1

2 Select the campaign you're ordering for: The current campaign is automatically selected. Select a different campaign if needed, then click the Create Order button. Enter your items: Enter product numbers and quantities in the boxes. Don t have the product number handy? Click the magnifying glass icon to search product by name. Or view the brochure on screen and order from there. Click on Shop Brochures and Flyers and click on images to add to your order. 2

3 As you enter items or select an item from search, click Add items to Order and they'll move to the Saved Items area. This page also shows Product Availability status so you can make your customers aware if there will be any delay in their delivery and suggest similar products if necessary. Descriptions for the Product Availability icons are below the product list. To begin another customer order, click in the Customer Search window and begin typing the customer's name. Select a name and a new order form will open. To make changes to your order, click Edit Order, make any adjustments, then click Save Changes. To add more items to the order, go back to main ordering page, enter product numbers and click Add Items to Order. Enter quantity fields: In the Customer Qty field, enter the total product quantity the customer wants delivered. This number is used to create the customer invoice in your Web Office and for Customer History. If you have extra products on hand, you may partially fulfill their order from your inventory. So in the Qty field, enter the number of items to actually be ordered, billed and shipped from Avon. This number can be Zero. 3

4 When creating your business order: Be sure to add the latest brochures, product samples, sales tools or trial sizes: Click any of the links in the left column to select items you want. View your order cart: When you're done, click View Order Cart to see all your orders. To review or change an order, click the arrow next to the customer's name, then click the order number. This will return you to the Item Entry Form page where you can make changes or add additional items. Be sure to click Add Items to Order to save any newly added items. 4

5 Select shipping option: For orders you want to be shipped on your normally scheduled shipping day, select Regular Shipment. For orders that can t wait to ship with your regular order, select those, then select Separate Shipment. Separate shipments ship within 3 business days of the order placement. To submit all the orders in your Order Cart by the same shipping method, click Select All. Verify or update, then click Continue to Sales Tools. Order sales tools: Add brochures and special offers. If you didn t order brochures earlier in your order, you can add them here. Remember, brochures are in packs of 10 inputting 10 will get you 100 brochures! You can also increase your quantity on this page by clicking Edit. If you want to decrease your quantity, you ll need to go back to the Order Cart and edit your order. Click Continue to Order Summary to review your order before submission. 5

6 View order summary: This screen shows the estimated total of the order and your estimated earnings. There may be offers that are not reflected during the ordering process, so always check your invoice for final pricing. 6

7 You can also edit or delete items here by clicking Edit Order, making your changes and clicking Save Changes. Click Submit Orders when you re ready to submit the order. NOTE: Your order has not been successfully submitted until you advance to the Order Confirmation page. Your Order Confirmation Page will confirm that Avon has received your order and provides your scheduled ship day for Regular Shipments, order confirmation number and estimated order total. Separate Shipments will ship within 3 business days. Final step: Your estimated amount due appears in the pink box. For quickest processing, it s strongly recommended that you pay this total when you submit your order. 7
