The Tenderer should be a profit making Registered Company, having license and authorization to sale Note Sorting Machines and is engaged in this trade at least for last 3(Three) years, having a minimum average sales turnover of Rs Crore per year in the last three financial years ending on If any agent/ distributor/reseller / channel partner is willing to participate in the tender, then the turn over criteria will be applicable to that particular concern only. Copies of Audited Balance Sheets of last three years should be submitted for evaluation of financial condition by the Bank. 2. The vendor should submit attested copies of credentials (Trade License, Authorisation for sale & Service Certificate, copy of PAN, Copy of valid VAT/Sales Tax certificate, Purchase Order Copies by Banks, Installation and Service Certificates signed by Banks).The vendor should have remained in business for at least last Three years related to Note Sorting Machines and should have installed minimum 100 nos. Sorting Machines to various Banks (Reserve Bank/Public Sector Banks/Private Sector Banks/Rural Banks) in India. 3. The company should have necessary service establishment & trained service engineers/technicians specifically or exclusively appointed for attending calls related to Note Sorting Machines. The list of such service engineers with their telephone numbers & posting locations should be mentioned in a sheet. Regarding judgment of eligibility or Selection of Brand, the Bank s decision will be final and binding upon the tenderers. The Bank Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without assigning any reason that of. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR NOTE SORTING MACHINES The machines shall perform authenticity check with reference to the features of genuine Promisory Currency notes issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time. Any note not conforming any specification or characteristics or parameters of a genuine note shall be classified by the machine as suspected Notes.Authenticity check and fitness sorting will be the primary issue and RBI guidelines attached herewith or will be updated time to time should be followed in the machines to check the authenticity of the notes placed in the machine for counting/sorting etc. The machines shall be able to identify and separate suspected counterfeit notes which are unfit for circulation in terms of these standards in a reliable and consistent fashion. A fit note is a note that is genuine, sufficiently clean to ascertain clearly and readily its denomination and serial nos. and thus suitable for recycling. An unfit note is a note that is not suitable for recycling because of its physical condition(s) or belongs to a series that has been phased out by Reserve Bank of India. All the fitness parameters laid down by RBI or updated time to time are to be evaluated individually by the machine. A note must pass all the fitness parameters to be considered fit for recycling.

2 The bidder should offer quote for a Note Sorting Machine having specialties as mentioned above and also having the minimum technical features as mentioned below. The vendor should submit compliances against each of the categories mentioned below and should sign at end of each page. The vendor may add additional page, if required, for the purpose but duly authenticated by the signature of the vendor at the end of the page. SL. NO. Machine should have printer interface facility and Voltage stabilizer remains inbuilt. The concern should provide 2 years warranty for the machine and should provide service within 24 hours at all locations except the city (ie the Burrabazar Br) and 4 hours in City (Kolkata) location. 1. 4 (Pl. add row if required) Other General Terms and Conditions: 1) The quoted rates should remain valid for Three Months. 2) The Bank Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender. Bank s decision regarding this Tender will be final and binding upon the Tenderer and the Bank reserves the liberty to take any decision in this respect without assigning any reason whatsoever. 3) A Bank Draft on any Nationalised Bank payable to The Secretary, Contai Co-operative Bank Limited for Rs.20000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand ) only payable at Contai should be submitted as Earnest money against each Tender. 4) The Earnest Money of unsuccessful Tenderer will be refunded after acceptance of delivery order by the successful tenderer or within one month from the date of submission, whichever will be earlier. The earnest Money of the successful Tenderer will be kept as Security Deposit and will be refunded after warranty period. 5) In case of non- delivery of items by the successful Tenderer in time, the Earnest Money will be forfeited by Bank and the order will be passed to other vendor. 6) Payment for supply and installation of the items will be made by Head Office of the Bank within a month after submission of bills and Delivery Challan duly certified by the Branch after installation and proper training. 7) Bidders should supply an Information Brochure of their products along with their Bid. Due diligence should be exercised in filling up the required information of the Tender. Incomplete or unsigned forms/bid Documents are liable to be summarily rejected. 8) The Bidder should put their full signatures on each page of their Bid documents. 9) The change of name of the concern/ constitution or those of the Manufacturing concern during delivery or warranty period will not effect the terms of Tender and the concern will remain liable to provide services according to the contract.
