The artisans at Burger s 50,000-square foot (4,645-square-meter) joiner facility are dedicated to providing you with exquisite craftsmanship that reflect your personal style, while blending state-of-the art technology with this time-honored artistry.

We ll help you select the wood, design, and layout and interact with you were you need us to, providing quality products for every taste and budget. Finally, our experienced craftsmen will professionally install your customized project ensuring that everything is to your expectations. Our attention to detail, diversity and quality craftsmanship will add value to any project. Stairway includes a mahogany, recessed wood railing and wrought iron accents.

10 I n - H o u s e Resources Burger s extensive joiner shop has experienced craftsman and state-of-the-art technology including a CNC Router that offers precision and time efficiencies to the final product. The in-house facility also includes heated downdraft finishing booths that provide consistent drying. The technologies implemented at our Joinery facility create an environmentally safe atmosphere for employees and for those who visit. The Process Joinery Shop Start-up Meeting Burger s qualified designers will give you a tour of our facilities. This will give you a sense of the superior craftsmanship as well as a hands-on look at our extensive joinery capabilities. If you will be remodeling, a Burger designer will visit with you on location for a consultation. Our consultants will measure the space, work with you to determine the materials and architectural details that will make your project unique. If you are building, Burger will review the blueprints at a location convenient for you. Burger can supply samples of cabinetry styles, countertop choices, door styles, and hardware choices to help you visualize the possibilities for your new kitchen. Beginning Design Next, Burger s designer will take the design elements that were discussed and incorporate them into a preliminary conceptual design. At this time the designer will present you with a preliminary set of drawings and a rough idea of the overall project cost. This provides a starting point on which you and the designer can begin to work with. The final design, project scope and costs will evolve as you continue to meet with your designer. Down Payment Now that you have reviewed the preliminary design, you ll have a good sense of what your project will look like and cost. In order to continue the design process and keep your project moving forward Burger requires a retainer. The cost of the retainer will be discuss at this time and will be applied toward the cost of your project. Details There are many decisions to be made during the design and installation of you new or remodeling project. These decisions may feel overwhelming and that is why we provide our experienced designers to assist you. They ll assist you in sorting through the all of the design details, such as cabinets, countertops, appliances, hardware, and molding choices available to you. At this point, all of the design elements you have chosen will have refined the scope of your project to the point that drawings can now be revised and an accurate price quoted. Contract Once the design revisions are completed and all the materials have been selected a contractual agreement is made. Terms will be discussed with you in detail at this time. Getting the Material Upon receipt of the deposit Burger will begin to order your custom products and materials. Your designer will also interact with your contractor for specifics on schedule and material. Arrival of Product and Materials Burger s designer will manage the receipt of your products and materials and store them at our warehouse. We store your products and materials until you re ready to receive them, then we deliver them to your location at no additional cost to you! Your designer will manage the installation of cabinetry, countertops and other products purchased. Throughout the installation process of your project your designer will be in communication with your contractor to ensure a smooth and professional culmination to your project. Completion Congratulations, you re project is complete. We stake our reputation on the professional and experienced services we provide to our valued customers throughout their projects.
