1 Stationery Guidelines This document shows the various templates Capstone have available for your Stationery requirements. Once created all Stationery items are available via an online ordering system. Each Practice has their own log-in and can view existing stationery items and also Capstone Marketing Materials. - Business Cards - Letterhead - With Compliments - Envelopes A template system has been developed to keep Adviser costs to a minimum; while also permitting certain fields to be edited (i.e. Name / Credentials / Contact details etc) at no cost. For instance, if a New Adviser joins your practice the only cost involved is the printing (assuming all aspects of the card remain as per previous). Please note it is a licensee requirement that both business cards and letterhead are ordered via our preferred supplier. Whilst you are encouraged due to cost efficiencies to also order with compliments and envelopes from our supplier you are not required to. For further information, please speak to Sarah Peterson. 8 New Advisers where to from here? Once you have selected your preferred template options, liaise with Sarah Peterson who will arrange proofs. Capstone will provide some initial stationery items complimentary see details below: Initial start up Stationery provided Each Adviser will receive 500 business cards o Gloss sealed 1 side 300 gsm stock o Can be dual branded one side o Up to 4 colour print Cost is $76 + GST [paid by Capstone] If the Adviser wants double sided we will contribute $76 to the cost for 500 business cards. Additionally, if the Adviser wants to print on a different stock we will contribute up to $76. The company will receive 500 letterhead copies o 100 gsm laser A4 o Can be dual branded o Up to 4 colour print Cost is $199 + GST [paid by Capstone] Adviser Costs 2 unit - $80 charge for each new practice that joins Capstone to have stationery templates set up. This includes dual branding logo applied to templates. I.e. business card, letterhead, with compliments and envelope templates will all be set up. Capstone will pay for printing costs of business cards and letterhead as specified above. All other charges and artwork requests will be at the Adviser s cost. Templates We have a set of standard stationery templates that Adviser s can choose from. The $80 charge above relies on Adviser s selecting an existing template. If changes are i) requested and ii) approved by Capstone associated charges will be at the Adviser s cost. All costs will be advised if requested.
