1 Dear Superior Consignor, Superior would like to invite you to consign to the first ever Superior Horned Cattle Sale. We re very excited to offer Team-Roping Cattle to a national audience from our Historic Fort Worth Stockyards studio and broadcast on the internet at superiorclicktobid.com. The Superior Horned Cattle Sale will be advertised on The American Rancher, Superior Sunrise, Superior Livestock Auction/Productions Facebook page, YouTube and online at. Terms & Conditions Superior Horned Cattle Auction 1. The sale will be held on September 17, 2016 at 12:00pm CDT in the Superior Studio, 131 E. Exchange Ave. Suite 121, Fort Worth, TX, Cattle are not onsite and sold by video on the internet at superiorclicktobid.com. Contract deadline is 5:00pm, September 9, The sale is open to horned cattle of team-roping type. A non-refundable consignment fee of $2.00/hd must be paid in advance. Commission is 6% of the gross selling price. The seller agrees to pay a repurchase fee of $10.00 per hd. 2. All photos or video submitted with consignment for publication are at risk and liability of the consignor. Superior Productions will not be held liable for copyright infringements. Photos/Video will not be returned. 3. Consignor shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided for each lot. Representations and guarantees of bred status are between Consignor and Buyers. 4. Bulls must have a negative test for Trichomoniasis. Exemptions are Bulls that are less than 18 months of age and can be certified as virgin bulls. 5. Sale Management, auctioneer or employees of Superior are not acting as an agent or representative of the seller or buyer but a means to bring buyer and seller together for purposes of a sale transaction. 6. Sale Management reserves the right to reject any entry. This can include, but is not limited to any cattle that management feels is not up to the quality of the sale due to sickness, poor condition, injury, drugging or otherwise. 7. Any irregularities must be disclosed to the sale management who reserves the right to announce findings from the auction block.

2 8. Sale order will be determined by Superior Productions Sale Manager. 9. It is the Consignor and Buyer s responsibility to coordinate delivery, pick-up or meeting location for their sold cattle. When all possible Buyer and Seller should make arrangements for cattle delivery within 14 days. Seller will provide health certificate for shipping. Additional state mandated health tests may be necessary and will be done at the Buyer s expense. 10. All cattle will be sold by the head. The Buyer s payment must be sent by Wire Transfer or ACH to Superior Livestock Auction by the end of the 3 rd business day following the auction. The cattle will not be delivered until full payment has been received by Superior Livestock Auction. Superior Livestock Auction will issue payment to the Seller for the number of head delivered, less consignment fees, commissions, Beef Checkoff and any other lawful charges by the close of the next business day following delivery of the cattle to the buyer.

4 WARRANTIES: Consignor represents and warrants that it has good and marketable title to the livestock and that they are being sold free of all liens, security interests or encumbrances. Said livestock are subject to a lien, security interest or chattel mortgage in favor of of. (Lienholder) (City, State, Zip Code) LIVESTOCK OWNER S FEED CERTIFICATE: The undersigned certifies that, to the best of his/hers/its knowledge, as of the date of delivery, none of the livestock described above, will be, on such date, adulterated within the meaning of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act (i.e., none of the cattle have been fed any feed containing protein derived from mammalian tissue, e.g. meat and bone meal, as that term is defined in 21 CFR and none of the livestock will have an illegal level of drug residues. Consignor acknowledges he/she has read and understands all the terms and conditions and agrees to adhere to them. 5 Thank you for the opportunity to showcase your cattle in the Superior Horned Cattle Sale. In an effort to provide the absolute best footage possible, and show a clear idea of your roping cattle, we have created a set of guidelines and suggestions to help in the filming process. Video Preparation Use a background that is clean of trash, equipment and other distracting elements. Surroundings should be appealing and suitable for national television. Do not allow other animals in the picture. It s all about your cattle! Required elements All cattle being offered for sale should be filmed. Broke Ins or Roped cattle should include a representation of them in the roping pen. Required technical elements You should use a level tripod. This is very important! Adjust tripod height to the middle of the cattle s side. Film cattle WALKING left to right and right to left. Cattle look best walking past the camera. Don t try and follow them. Having good light is VERY important for good video. Do not shoot into the sun. The sun should be behind you while shooting. Frame up your cattle and zoom in until your cattle fill the screen without cutting off the head, feet or tail! Video Upload Instructions Please shoot NO LESS THAN 5 minutes of quality video.
