1 How I ve Proved Anyone Can Make A Full Time Living From Ecommerce How a Former Attorney Left His Day Job and Has Exploded His Ecommerce Business Hi, and welcome to another blog post featuring one of our 100K Ultra star students! As part of our ecommerce series, I ve asked Nathan, one of our top selling students from our 100K Factory program, to share his story about how he generates upto $5,000 a day in sales, all without the use of a VA!

My Objectives 2017 & Beyond And MUCH more Nathan s Background Originally from the US State of Alabama, Nathan was previously working as an Attorney in New York when he started the 100K Factory Ultra Program, with his wife who originates from Tokyo, Japan.

3 Nathan s Journey Nathan and his wife joined our own Blueprint Academy in The Blueprint Academy program is a high-level coaching program designed to accelerate online income by providing expert coaching, tools and staff. Prior to this they didn t have much marketing experience, and never made much money online. Let's hand over to Nathan, himself to divulge all the juicy details! Why 100K Factory? One day back in April 2016, I got from Aidan promoting the 100K Factory Ultra program, and thought it was something I d be really interested in as my wife and I had already successfully worked with Aidan and Steve previously as part of the Blueprint Academy program. Having treated previous online programs as more of a side hobby, the Blueprint Academy was the first serious attempt at internet marketing, having worked with Amazon products during that time. Now having signed up for the 100K Factory Ultra program we followed the training exactly, the only thing we did differently was the pricing structure on our products (a little more on this later) I used to start work as my job as an Attorney at 8am, work all day, come home in the evening and start training. My wife was also at home and she worked more on the Amazon side of the business whilst I concentrated more on 100K. Following my success of the 100K Factory Ultra program, I have recently given up my full-time job as an Attorney, and now work on this business full time together with my wife. I can honestly say, working in this business is a lot less stressful, and so much more convenient being able to work from home. How I Found My Winning Products I found my first winning product using the 100k Factory command center. This particular product was sourced for $8, and I sold it for around $15, I played with $3 - $5 shipping ranges until I found the right pricing point. Another good way to find winning products is to randomly browse through AliExpress ( and sort by order count, this is how I found my 2 nd winning product. My 3 rd winning product is in exactly the price range specified by the 100K Factory training, and is the one currently working the best.

4 As I mentioned earlier, I slightly deviated from the 100K training with my pricing structure. If I saw something that looked interesting above or below the recommended pricing range I still gave it a try. I would definitely recommend, sticking to the training 100%, as now this pricing structure is working the best for me! My advice is If you find one winner, you can find more J I have subsequently found more winning products, but unfortunately, haven t had time to do anything with them at the moment. Why I Changed My Ecommerce Platform For The Better As recommended in the 100K training, I started with a WooCommerce as the platform for my store. After a couple of months, and some PayPal issues eventually leading to my PayPal account being frozen, Aidan suggested I move to Shopify. Shopify is a cloud based platform, ideally suited to small and medium sized businesses, and is one of the best options to start and grow your online ecommerce business empire. By moving to Shopify, I found the store looks better, is more reliable and faster, and also seems less clunky. I don t think I would ever go back to WooCommerce now. Shopify also automatically uploads customers shipping addresses directly into PayPal, therefore if there is a dispute, there is better chance of winning due to qualifying for seller protection as PayPal has your customer shipping address. 5 How I Generate up to $5,000 a Day in Sales! As I mentioned earlier, I now have 3 stores within 3 different niches, all making sales. My 1 st store was started 9 months ago, and has currently made $223,892 in sales. Before my PayPal issue, I was averaging some days at $4,000 dollars in sales, but after that I wasn t able to get it back to that level, instead it now averages between $500 - $800 in sales a day. Store 1: Almost $13,500 in February 2017 alone:

6 My 2 nd store, is also a winner but not quite as big as my 1 st store. It has been running for about 6 months, and has currently made over $33,500 in sales. I don t do anything with it apart from fulfilling orders a day, which is a nice side income to have J Store 2: July February 2017: Store 2: $8, in February 2017:

7 My 3 rd store, which is only a little over a month old, has generated $57, in sales. This last week I have been averaging around $4,000 a day with this particular store. Store 3: Over $5,500 in January 2017: Store 3: $51, in February 2017:

8 Store 3: $57, in Just Over a Month: With the above 3 stores, I now generating between $4,000 and $5,000 a day in sales between them J My Top Facebook Advertising Tips The 100K model focusses heavily on Facebook advertising, the most effective of all advertising for this business model. Checkout my top Facebook advertising tips below: Ad Engagement: If people like your ad and engage with it, they will share it with their friends who will also see the ad, getting you much more exposure and sales. Target The Right Buyer: Make sure you target the right buyer on Facebook, this is key to finding a winning product. I once tested some products to the wrong audience, and then by chance I found the same product on AliExpress some time later but this time I took the time to read the product description and title which gave clues as to who actually used that item that I hadn t thought of. Also read the reviews of products and you ll begin to get an idea of who they are marketing to. Take that information to Facebook and use it to help chose the correct audiences this will help find your winners.

9 Target Different Audiences: I like to target a combination of two or three different audiences, to try to really narrow down the buyers for my product. A Day in The Life of A 100K Top Selling Student I now work this business full time with my wife, after leaving my job as an attorney. I dedicate several hours a day to the running of my business, and am in the process of looking at hiring a virtual assistant to help process the 300+ orders a day I receive. So my typical day would consist of the following: Wake up Check my Facebook ads Check my stores Fulfil orders until the afternoon Respond to customer service s During the evening do product testing, and develop my other two newer stores My Top Tips for Ecommerce Explosion Here are some of my top tips for exploding your ecommerce business: Go International: If you ve had success in the US, definitely go international. I ve had a lot more sales by targeting to New Zealand, UK, Canada, Ireland, etc. I even recently had a random sale from Germany that I m not even advertising to! Over the next few days I m going to try advertising to Germany, France and Italy, even though my store is in English, and see what happens Don t Spend Too Much Time on Product Testing: Product testing is key, but don t spend too much time, although spend enough time to think about who would use this item, and make sure you target the right buyer on Facebook, this is key to finding a winning product. Get Your Images Right: Look around for images, you don t always have to use the images from your suppliers, look around at other suppliers, they may have fewer sales or even zero feedback, but they may have better images.

10 Put an 800 Number On Your Store: Try putting a 800 number on your site, this will build trust, you don t have to actually answer it, you can let it go to voic . I went to Fiverr ( and had a professional voic message made. The voic message gives my customers my support address giving them extra reassurance. Most people won t call anyway! Use epacket For Impatient Customers: A lot of people recommend using epacket for tracking, but I find it depends on the product and market. On my first store a lot of people would get angry if they didn t get a tracking number, although this was not so much a problem on my 2 nd or 3 rd store. My advice is if you have an audience that is inpatient, get a tracking number! Sign up for the AliExpress Partner Program (Cash Back Program): Once you find a winner, sign up for the AliExpress partner program to earn 8% affiliate commissions on your purchases. With my 1st store alone, I earnt $1,000 a month on affiliate commissions. You can also use a cash back credit card or mileage card and earn an extra 1% - 2%, allowing your commissions to grow to 9-10%. Roadblocks Along The Way! After a couple of months I had a PayPal issue where they froze my account. Unfortunately, they thought it was suspicious as my customers were complaining directly to PayPal, rather than to me by which lead to PayPal recording them as customer complaints so unfortunately, my account was frozen for a couple of months which threw everything off for a while. I literally had to start over, I took my site off WooCommerce, and moved it to Shopify on Aidan s advice. I also had to restart a lot of my ads, and it was long process to get it back up and running, but I m glad I did!

11 So What Advice Would I Give To Someone Interested In Joining 100K Factory? Go for it, stick to the program, trust the program 100% and it will work for you as it has me J My top advice would be: Go for it Stick with the program exactly Trust the system Money back guarantee no risk involved My Objectives 2017 & Beyond Add more 100K stores to my portfolio Expand my Amazon white label brand Add a 2 nd Amazon white label brand Final Words From Nathan If I can build a successful ecommerce business, anyone can!
