3 Process Summary How to book THE ICONIC production service for image retouching? THE ICONIC in-house production service was created with the aim of helping our sellers to get their products live and up for trading on the website as quickly as possible. To send a production request, simply follow the below steps: 1. Create your products (without images and content) in Seller Center. 2. Complete & Submit the Production Request Form 3. Export & Complete Production Sample Sheet- Images 4. Create a booking via Seller Help Desk: Production Booking (attach Production Request Form & Production Sample Sheet) Bookings for THE ICONIC Production Service must be made a minimum of 1 week in advance. The weekly cut off for all bookings is 12pm Monday, for production the following week. Booking slots will be prioritised on a first come first serve basis. 3

4 Step 1 - Seller Center All SKU s must be created in Seller Center prior to placing a Production Booking. Items can be created by one of the following methods: 1. Manual product set up 2. Bulk import using the Product Creation template 3. Product set up via API integrations Once SKU s have been created in Seller Center they will be sent through to THE ICONIC for QC approval. All products must be approved before continuing with the Production Service booking. Important points to note: -Please allow 1 business day for product QC approval. -All SKU s must be set as active in Seller Center to flow through to QC review. -All QC rejections must be fixed prior to placing your booking. Please refer to the Seller Center Academy for a step-by step guide on how to set up product SKU s: 4

5 Step 1 - Seller Center Click on the Production Service link. Both the production request form and the sample sheet have to be completed. 5

6 Step 2 Request form Complete & Submit the Production Request Form Complete this booking request for us to schedule your production slot. 6

7 Step 3 Sample sheet Download and complete the Production Sample Sheet Complete the sheet with the information for all the samples you are booking in. 7

8 Sample sheet cont. All the information on the sample sheet must match the product attributes in Seller Center. To view the product attributes individually view each SKU through More Product Details in Seller center. Alternatively export all product data from Seller Center through Products > Export. 8

9 Step 4 - Booking Submit a booking request via the Seller Center Help Desk. The subject of the query should be: Production Booking Brand Name Your Production Booking must include the following attachments: Production Request Form Production Sample Sheet For any special photography requirement, please ensure that these are added to the booking description. 9

10 Booking Cont. Once you have been successfully booked into our Production process, you will receive an confirmation containing: 1. The confirmed booking date 2. Expected sample delivery date Address: ATTN: Marketplace Production L18, 338 Pitt St, Sydney, NSW, Australia, 2000 You must send your samples on the sample delivery date communicated. All samples sent without confirmation or before the confirmed date will be returned back to the sellers. Shipping fees will be charged accordingly. Please allow 10 business days minimum for your samples to be returned to you. 10

11 Required Sample Size Below are the sample size s required for Production. This is to ensure to continuity across the website. All other sizes will be rejected & returned to you. 12 Step 5 - Delivery Samples should be labelled properly with the brand name, product name, style code and size. Important things to note: Samples should not be damaged or dirty. All samples will undergo quality control during inbounding stage. Labels will be cut away during the photoshoot to ensure best image quality. The labels will not be retagged but will be returned in a plastic bag with the samples. Samples must be packed neatly in boxes or cartons. In case where more than 1 carton is delivered, individual cartons should be labelled in ascending order. Labelling Requirements: Information on the product tag must match SKU data on Production Sample sheet & Seller Center. This includes- Product Name, Colour Name, Size, SKU 12
