4 The returns of the business are based on the transaction margins applied to Bitcoin exchange operations. The average comission charged by Bitcoin ATM manufacturers and operators globally is about 6%. However you can configure the system to charge the percentage you deem appropriate for you. Estimated lead time from the moment of order placement until shipping is about 60 days. We often have stock, which helps reduce delivery time, but the availability is not guaranteed. According to our company policy we do not grant exclusive rights for our products to any distributor. Our ATMs possess a two-way banknote recycler that allows users to obtain Bitcoins in exchange for their cash as well as redeem their Bitcoins for banknotes. This recycler accepts and dispenses banknotes of all major currencies. You will need to indicate your desired currency / the currency of the country where the ATM will be used in order for us to configure your recycler accordingly. At this time our ATMs are not autonomous; their operating model is based on a client-server IT architecture. The ATMs are client devices that send and receive orders to and from a central server operated by Lux Ant Digital SL. The cost of this service is 1% of the price of each transaction and includes continuous monitoring, software updates and second-level user support. An advanced telematic system allows configuration, administration and monitoring of our ATMs from anywhere on the Internet with the highest possible IT security guarantee. This allows us to manage all the ATMs remotely and connect to them at any time in order to be able to repair any functional anomaly. If you purchase more than one ATM, all of them will share one Bitcoin or cryptocurrency wallet, which eliminates the trouble of having to look up balances in each one of them.

5 At present we are developing a new functionality that will make it possible to personalize margins of operations: you will be able to offer your clients variable transaction prices depending on the volume or any other parameter with the help of a system of coupons based on Qr codes. In the short term we will also develop an autonomous version of the ATM software that will enable its operation without the central server. This will save you the cost of using the server in exchange for losing the more advanced functionalities of our system (software updates, remote administration, monitoring, shared wallet and coupons).
