7 Help sell tickets at the fair gates and/or to direct cars in the parking lot working under direction of professional gate & parking supervisors. Volunteers must be 16+ years old & will be provided training, drinks, and shade as possible but should be prepared to be outside. Volunteers receive 1 free meal at any LEC café per min. 6-hour shift Each volunteer receives at the end of their shift a Super Fair Family Pack of 4 gate tickets & 1 parking pass to bring their family to the fair ($17 value) for any of the remaining days of the fair or next year s fair if they prefer Tracking of volunteer hours or certification of required community service hours for HS GoPo or other organizations available upon request Your volunteers can wear your company shirt to show your company s support of the Super Fair to all our visitors (or Super Fair can provide customized Super Fair t-shirts with your company logo for $8/volunteer) Provide all the volunteers needed for a day or evening shift and your company banners will be displayed at the gates to the 140,000 visitors over the 10 days Sign up by June 1 st to be advertised as Gate Sponsor of the Day in over $60K of extensive Super Fair print, web and social media marketing Super Fair will set up an easy online sign up system for your volunteers to make it easy for you to fill shifts and get the needed volunteers names, contact info to the fair--please see available shifts next page. Earn extra tickets to giveaway: if you provide volunteers for an entire orange day or all three green days your company will receive extra fair gate tickets & parking passes to hold giveaways for your staff or customers
