12 Meet some of the local team driving RDS. Taking control in the Cambodia context KUON CHANTHA, MANAGING DIRECTOR 16 years experience in agency research from client services to fieldwork operations. On top of management, Chantha has experience in qualitative research and is a skilled focus group moderator. Our MD is experienced at the senior level with Indochina Research and Kantar. MEL PHANNY, OPERATIONS MANAGER Phanny joins us from Kantar where he built a strong background in social and commercial research, particularly for fieldwork management, quality control, implementation, database management, and analysis. He is experienced with managing multiple nationwide projects at one time. His keen interest in ethnography and creative approaches to uncovering hidden insights make Stefan a unique asset for RDS.
