7 Join A Prestigious Club When you excel in Sales, Recruiting and leadership, you can achieve one of the following coveted positions within Pure Romance: Executive Board of Directors: The Executive Board of Directors is the most prestigious position you can aspire to achieve within Pure Romance. Extraordinary determination, hard work and professionalism have enabled top leaders to reach this pinnacle of achievement. With at least five consecutive years of service as a Sr. Board of Director, top executives at the Corporate Office appoint individuals as new Executive Board of Director members. Sr. Board of Directors: This honors those who rise to the top and develop a consistency to keep their business at this elevated level. The title of Sr. Board of Director is a tribute to Consultants who have mastered the art of success. To become eligible to accept a position as a Sr. Board of Directors, a Consultant must: Achieve a Board of Directors position for 3 consecutive years Be one of the top four Consultants in Convention Credits for 2009 Board of Directors: The Board of Directors position is a coveted status with Pure Romance.
