1 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q. Why is the current Pricing System changing? In response to your feedback we are launching a new Property Pricing System making it easier for you to maintain and update your pricing, and clearer for your guests to understand. Q. When s the latest date I can transfer my prices across? The New Pricing System launches on stayz.com.au on the week commencing 24 th January We will inform you of the exact date when the new pricing system is live on Stayz. Q. What happens if I don t transfer my prices across in time? We will help you transfer your prices over to ensure your availability calendar does not show as a blank to prospective guests. Q. If the new pricing system is not live on Stayz until the week commencing 24 th January but I want to amend my prices in the meantime what do I do? If you chose not to import your existing pricing to the new system and instead changed your prices in the old pricing system you are required to import your pricing into the new system refer to our step-by-step guide or video tutorial if you have any questions. Q. I m new to Stayz, what do I do? Log into Owner Admin, click on Current Pricing and start entering / creating your prices. Once completed simply click on the Import your existing pricing link on the home page and to instantly transfer your pricing click on the blue button Import My Pricing Now. Q. Why are you calling prices tariffs now? This is consistent with industry terminology

2 Q. How do I transfer my prices over to the New Pricing System? Go to Pricing within Owner Admin Click on the link Import your existing pricing To instantly transfer your pricing click on the blue button Transfer My Pricing Now Q. How do I change my current rates once I have transferred my prices across? 1. Log in to Owner Admin 2. Click on Pricing Tab 3. Check your tariffs on the calendar. Q. How do I add a tariff in the New Pricing System? Click on the add new tariff link beside the heading Rates Choose a tariff name.e.g. Peak Season Assign a start and end date for the tariff. Type in your chosen daily tariff if the tariff is the same each night simply click copy rate down If you want to compare your prices with others in your area click How much should you charge If you wish to offer your guests a 7 night stay tariff then click on the link Add a long stay discount here you will be able to stipulate a % discount for bookings over a certain number of nights Use the drop down box to stipulate a minimum or maximum number of nights stay The final box enables you to select a per night tariff for additional guests Once completed click save tariff Q. How do I edit or delete a tariff in the New Pricing System? Click on the edit or delete links under the tariff name at the top of the Property Pricing page

3 Q. Is there a limit to the number of different types of tariffs I can offer? There is a limit of 20 tariffs. Q. How do I add an exception to a tariff? Go to Pricing within Owner Admin Click on the add new exception link just below the table of tariffs Select the date(s) Enter the price for this exception and minimum number of nights stay Click assign Q. How do I add a description of a tariff? To make your tariffs clear to your guests click on Extras and Specials, the second tab along the top. In 300 characters or less you have the opportunity to add a description of the tariff. Q. What happens with my last minute discounts when I transfer to the new Pricing System? Last minute discounts are now automatically applied across all tariffs. Once you have transferred your pricing over to the new Pricing System we suggest you check and amend if necessary. Q. Where I do I add a last minute discount? To make your tariffs clear to your guests Click on Extras and Specials, the second tab along the top Click the On option within the Last Minute Discount section Using the drop down box assign the % discount and number of nights this is applicable for.

4 Q. How do I display a Special Offer in the New Pricing System? Click on Extras and Specials, the second tab along the top Click the On option within the Special Offer section In 300 characters or less describe your offer to your guests For this to automatically expire click an end date using the mini calendar to the side. Q. What do the colours on the calendar mean and can I change them? The colours indicate the difference in tariffs unfortunately you can t change the colours. Q. Where do I change my Bond Deposit price? To add a bond price; Click on Extras and Specials within the Pricing tab Add the amount in the Bond Deposit box If you wish to charge for cleaning or linen complete the mandatory extras costs boxes at the bottom of the page To offer guests prices for optional linen use complete the optional extras costs boxes at the bottom of the page Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page Q. Can I still print off my Availability Calendar in the New Pricing System? Yes you can. Go to Pricing within Owner Admin Click on Tariffs and Calendar Click on View and print dates next to the calendar itself A print friendly page will be displayed Q. Can I still see previous and future calendars?

5 You are able to view and print previous 12 months and future 12 months calendars within the New Pricing System. Use the links above the calendar on the Property pricing page to do this. Q. Can I add more than one tariff across the same date range? This functionality is not currently available. Q. What happens if I am on holiday during the migration period? We will automatically transfer your prices over for you please ensure however that upon your return you thoroughly check the price that are advertised to ensure there are no inaccuracies. Q. How are the New Pricing System tariff prices calculated? Tariff prices will be calculated in three different ways each based upon the prices you used for your existing zone pricing. 1) Mid-week price divided by 5 = Monday-Friday nightly price Weekend price divided by 2 = Saturday Sunday nightly price 2) Nightly property prices = remain as nightly property prices 3) Weekly property price divided by 7 = nightly property price Q. How will I know my prices have been successfully transferred to the New Pricing System? you will see your prices and tariffs appear in the new Property Pricing page.
