4 Hw is the HSE-MS cntrlled? PDO persnnel access frm the Intranet. Cntractrs access frm the internet. Always current: As changes are apprved, they are published. Hard cpies are nly valid fr 1 day, and must be manually date stamped. Undated cpies, r cpies lder than 1 day are uncntrlled. Cntractr access t Restricted dcuments is via Cntract Hlders. (A message stating this will appear n screen) Intranet users have direct access t all dcuments. HSE-MS is centrally crdinated fr change management. Cmpliance t the HSE-MS is nt negtiable!

5 Where t find the HSE-MS Fr PDO Emplyees, there is a link n the HSE website. The belw link will als pen the simplified HSE MS. Fr cntractrs there is a link n the HSE fr Cntractrs website. This belw link will als pen the simplified HSE MS. The current prcedures will remain available until 30 June All users f the HSE MS t access and use the simplified HSE MS. If yu experience prblems with the site, r find errrs with links, r errrs with sme f the prcesses, yu are requested t reprt these t the Dcument cntrller. There are cntact links in the website that allw the reprting f issues and yur inputs wuld be greatly appreciated.

6 The Simplificatin Prcess HSE-MS reduced t 6 management system elements (Called an Enterprise view) Includes requirements f ISO 45001:2018 (H&S) and ISO 14001:2015 (Env). HSE prcedures revised int prcesses (Each prcess cnsists f an input, the actual activities fr the prcess itself, and delivers an utput. Input and apprval btained frm prcess wners (Cntent wners) Each prcess fits n 1 page. Each prcess limited t 16 activity blcks. Activity wrding per blck limited t 12 wrds, including respnsible persn title. 7 Hw t use the HSE-MS Navigatin T access any part f the HSE MS, mve the muse cursr ver the menu at the tp. If a menu item cntains a sub-menu, mving the muse ver the item will immediately expand the menu displaying the sub-items. Any sub-item can then be selected. When the cursr arrw becmes a HAND then yu can click n it The BACK buttn n the menu bar will take yu back t the previus screen T search fr any specific tp click n the INDEX buttn in the side menu bar T get t the MAIN SCREEN click n the HOME buttn in the side menu bar T see mre detail n a prcess flw diagram, click n the BUTTONS alngside the prcess blcks and text will pp up. Click utside the ppup t CLOSE it. T EXIT the system click n FILE and EXIT
