5 Switching The transfer call takes no longer than 10 minutes You must have access to your KeyPad meter for this call, and a minimum of 2 credit on your meter. The SSE Airtricity team will transfer your account to SSE Airtricity. Don t worry, there ll be no disruption to your supply and any remaining credit will automatically transfer to your new SSE Airtricity account. At the end of the call you will receive your new SSE Airtricity KeyPad Premise Number and you will be asked to supply a meter reading. ^ 10 welcome credit is only available for new customers to SSE Airtricity electricity KeyPad. The 10 will be applied during your transfer call. This offer can only be applied once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. There is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to amend welcome credits. This offer is available until 31 May Switch Completed We ll send you your new SSE Airtricity KeyPad Card in the post. This can take up to two weeks. While you re waiting for it to arrive, you can top-up online at sseairtricity.com, download the SSE Airtricity App or at any PayPoint/Payzone outlet using your new KeyPad Premise Number. You can also top up by calling SSE Airtricity Customer Service. Topping Up The minimum top-up you can buy is 5, but multiples of 1 are available thereafter. When you buy your top-up you will be given a PowerCode (usually a 20 digit number) which must be keyed into your KeyPad. What if I lose my PowerCode? If you lose your PowerCode before keying it into your KeyPad and you had topped up online you can retrieve your PowerCode from your s. If you have topped up in a store, you can visit any PayPoint/Payzone outlet and they will re-issue your last receipt free of charge. You can also ring our Customer Service Team on and we will re-issue the PowerCode to you free of charge. To protect your personal data, we do not automatically send your signed contract by post, however, if you would still like to receive a copy by post you may reuest one.

6 Quality Assurance Checklist The Utility Regulator reuires all suppliers to give you a copy of this checklist before you sign up. Please read each uestion. Did the representative tell you: Who they are working for and show you an identity card? About the products on offer and explain the charges to you? How any discounts will be applied? The key terms and conditions of the supply? How long the contract applies for? How you will receive your annual statement? By post, ? How to make payments? Online, over the counter? If you need to pay a deposit? If there are any penalty charges and how these would apply? How to cancel your contract if you change your mind? How your existing account will be closed and your new account will be opened? Did the representative: Explain that you will receive a call from SSE Airtricity or a customer advisor will visit your home between day 17 and day 30 to complete the sale and finalise the supplier transfer after the 14 calender day cancellation period has expired. Confirm that If your registration times out, you would like SSE Airtricity to automatically re-register your details. Explain that during this call you will receive a new KeyPad Premise Number from the SSE Airtricity agent when you transfer to SSE Airtricity. Confirm you will receive your SSE Airtricity KeyPad Card days after the transfer call has been completed. However, until you receive your SSE Airtricity Top Up Card you can top-up using your new KeyPad Premise Number. Give you a copy of your contract and the rates that apply to your account or explain how these will be sent to you? Confirm that you have read and understood this checklist? Confirm that you understand that you are switching to a specified product with a specified payment method and explain any fixed term conditions you are agreeing to as part of the contract. This should include duration and any applicable exit fees and any other specific conditions of the fixed term. Provide you with details of the cooling off period (Applies to Domestic Customers only) that applies and how to go about cancelling their reuest to switch supplier within that cooling off period (in line with existing legislation). Explain you can top up your electricity by using the mobile app, online at sseairtricity.com or at any PayPoint/Payzone outlet and by calling SSE Airtricity Customer Service. Your Tariff Discounts will be applied from the date that SSE Airtricity is registered as your supplier and will continue for the remainder of that calendar month and the following 12 consecutive calendar months from that date ( Term ). Your Tariff Discounts are calculated by reference to the SSE Airtricity standard tariff ( SSE Airtricity Standard ) which may be amended from time to time during the Term but this will not affect your Tariff Discount. You may cancel the Tariff during the period of 14 calendar days from when the contract information is sent to you following your sign-up for this Tariff ( Cancellation Period ) by writing to us by post or or by contacting us on You may use the cancellation form provided to you but you do not have to. After the expiration of the Term, your SSE Airtricity account will be switched to the SSE Airtricity Standard rates applicable at that time. SSE Airtricity reserves the right to amend the electricity unit rates or charges that apply to the Tariff at any time during the Term if there is a cost to SSE Airtricity imposed by a governmental or statutory body (including a change in VAT) or as otherwise provided for in the SSE Airtricity General Terms & Conditions. The Tariff Discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other SSE Airtricity electricity offer, discount or tariff. SSE Airtricity reserves the right to withdraw the Tariff without notice at any time prior to the start of the Term.
